We had an amazing time making our own ramen from scratch - a very authentic experience. Our sensei Nano was very welcoming and helpful, I would really recommend this cookery class to everyone. It was like a private class with just our family!
This was so fun and delicious.
What a fun experience. We went with an extended family ages 80 to 8 and all had a great time.
Ramen was good and made every one of us full. 3 different flavors in chicken, tonkatsu(Pork) and miso tonkatsu. Gave lots of topping like a good egg and green onions. Ramen making was fun and everyone enjoyed it.

Sensei Yuka is so friendly and made the learning process so easy for me and my family. My teenage kids loved it. The noodle making is so fresh and delicious. We highly recommend coming to have the ramen making experience with Yuka.

The lyrics of the rap music playing during class was inappropriate. We were not given recipes for the broth, as promised. The food was tasty, we were able to make the noodles, but the broth and chicken was cooked for us. (We did caramelize the chicken with a torch) They seem to be more interested in us doing a review before leaving with the promise of a key chain.
