Hallo! Dit is Eva van Eva Kestner International Taiko Drum Academy. Ik ben een professionele en ervaren taiko drummer en instructeur. Ik was de oprichter en eerste muzikaal directeur van de Taiko Drumming-groep van Cornell University, ik heb de excellentie award ontvangen van de Tokyo University of Arts New Artists Competition en mijn originele muziek wordt nu gepubliceerd door Harper Collins en Cambridge International Curriculum, dat een wereldwijde standaard voor onderwijs en werkgelegenheid bepaalt. Ervaar de prachtige Japanse taiko drums door middel van een 90 minuten durende workshop waar ik de taiko drums in het Engels zal onderwijzen. We doorlopen de basistraining, ritmetraining en leren een traditioneel en eigentijds taiko drumstuk. Ik zal ook een kort optreden geven en een korte taiko drumgeschiedenis uitleg. Verder ontvang je een gepersonaliseerde video van jou die de taiko drums bespeelt. Dit is een boutique stijl, intieme en authentieke taiko drumervaring die je nooit zult vergeten.

Eva is an amazing instructor and Tiako drummer. Such a professional and we had an absolutely amazing family experience. Taiko drumming was amazing and we highly recommend for a great authentic family experience. Great for kids as well. Thank you Eva!!!
This was a great multigenerational activity that was fun, physical, and culturally educational. Eva was a great, encouraging teacher and the format of the class made it very engaging. We would definitely recommend. You can tell she’s really passionate about her music and excited to share with others.
Anyway, it was a lot of fun! Eva's lessons were hard but fulfilling, and when I finished I was fascinated by wadaiko. There were several kinds of drums, and I was allowed to use three kinds of drums. From rhythm practice to songs, I'm very happy.
