Wij nemen contact met u op om de ophaalgegevens vooraf te bevestigen. En we regelen de chauffeur een dag van tevoren. Wij bieden 7 * 24 klantenservice, neem dan gerust contact met ons op via e-mail, WhatsApp of telefoon. Voor wachttijden langer dan 30 minuten (voor vertrek op de luchthaven) wordt een toeslag van 30 USD per uur in rekening gebracht Voor wachttijden langer dan 60 minuten (voor aankomst op de luchthaven) wordt een toeslag van 30 USD per uur in rekening gebracht Maximaal één stuk bagage per persoon. De bagagegrootte beperking is 24 inch. Oversized of extra bagage moet vooraf worden doorgegeven. We zullen verschillende voertuigtypes regelen op basis van het aantal passagiers. Let op: Als u een kinderzitje nodig heeft, wordt er een toeslag in rekening gebracht. Actual transfer was fine, but got hit with an additional charge of $20 for him to come in with a sign with my name. Otherwise he expected me to find my way traveling by myself with my luggage to some parking area which was not easy to find even with him. I would not use this company for a transfer again. I have used them before in different locations and had never been hit with additional charges before wondering if this is a new thing but was not happy about it

Best decision to book PVT transportation from Tokyo to Haneda . Especially with the rain . Train ride would have been a lot longer and a mess. Our driver Yuka messaged us prior to pick up to preparer and was on time. He dropped us off and showed us exactly where to go and which elevator to take . Thank you Yuka for making our last day in Japan efficient and worth the money spent.
