Very popular & busy pre booking is essential,well worth a visit.The Dua Lipa instillation was extremely informative & a pleasant addition.
The Tripadvisor barcode does not work; you must book via the "Viator" app to get a QR code.
The check in process was a little funky. I bought my tickets on Viator and they couldn’t use those tix that were issued. Walking in was very underwhelming considering how intense the check in process was. Then they tell you that you can redeem the amount you paid for a book but then upon checkout you find out it’s only certain books (of course nothing we wanted). Complete waste of time.
Although there was a long line, I did not have to wait too long. The place is very crowded, complicated for anyone expecting to have a "photocall session." The selection of books is limited and somewhat random. That said, it is available in quite a few languages.
