The palace was very nice but our time was booked for 12, when e we arrived at the Viator ticket pick up they said our time had been moved to 1:45 despite many reminder from them that our tour was at 12 as booked, this is the second excursion on our trip that our booked time was changed causing conflict with our other bookings

What can I say? It’s a palace a royal palace at that. It was nice to look at and see. It’s well worth the money easy to find and we had a pretty nice day.
I would recommend they not use your site. I could never access my tickets and as a result, I had to buy them at the location

Sorry but I need to leave a negative review. Palace tour is great but.... Firstly, the meeting point is not at the palace, its at a office, 20min walk away. Secondly, this was booked to include the audio guide, surprise no audio guide provided. Had to pay extra for the code after you download the app and use my own airpods which luckily I had with me. Best part is the audio guide wouldn't load sometimes due to bad cell signal in the palace. Sent a message asking for a partial refund. No answer yet.

We could not fault the palace. It was good value for money, and we were able to view much more than we have visited around Europe. The audio guide on the phone was very informative. However, we booked through Tripadvisor. We added to our phone wallet as instructed by the app, only to find when we got to the palace, that the tickets given were not accepted. We had to go to walk to an office which was not easy to find, for them to issue us the correct ticket. We noticed that other people were having the same problem. Thankfully although we were 30 minutes later than our allocated time, the Palace did allow us entry. After this experience, I will not book tickets through Tripadvisor again

Beautiful experience, very friendly Naturanda staff especially the young Liegoise trainee very smiling. Royal Palace very well perhaps more explanations in using the audio guide would be interesting
The palace is very impressive for its grandeur and splendour. Visiting Madrid without seeing the palace is unthinkable.
The palace was spectacular. The audio guide wasn’t helpful for us. It wouldn’t download on our iPhones They did have a brochure explaining each room.

The staff at the location where I booked my ticket were really friendly and helpful! I would have given 5 stars but the only problem was the audio guide never fully downloaded on my phone so I didn't get full descriptions of the interior.
The best thing is that you shouldn't stand in the long line of people who don't have access. Once inside Palacio you are guided by the application at your own pace. Very good audio guide
