Meeting the tour operator out front of the Villa Borghese was problematic and it should not have been. Other tour companies were easy to identify but this one was late, I had to call to check on the guy, and when he arrived, he stood on the other side of the park and I did not see him at first and I could not see his pink shirt - way too stressful a situation just to be handed a print out of a ticket. Further, he did not tell me what to do with the ticket - so I went to the ticket counter, but all i had to do was enter the museum directly from the entrance way.
Yohana met me in front of the Gallery and had my ticket ready and gave me a mini tour of the reception area before we went in, which was very kind! I paid more than I would have by going through the actual Gallery, but I bought my ticket the day before, when the museum was sold out. I was on a journey through Italy to see the works of Caravaggio, so it was very worth it to me! Room 8 had six of his iconic works. I breezed through the rest of the museum, and there are a ton of Bernini sculptures if you are a fan. The former residence is gorgeous and worth a visit if you have time in Rome. Thanks Yohana!

They did not show up at Galleria Borghese with the tickets. There were other people who had bought tickets who got scammed as well.

Buy your own ticket through the galleria. This ticket gets you nothing extra and you pay much more. I wish someone would have told me the same.

No one was there to give me my tickets like they said they would be. I called and they said the tickets were on the Viator. I tried downloading the app and still could not retrieve the ticket. If it was not for the kindness of one of the staff members of the museum I would not have been able to get in. It was so stressful and confusing. I don’t recommend purchasing tickets from this agency.

After seeing multiple art museums in Rome, this was our favorite. Not only is the art world class, the gallery itself is stunningly beautiful. Be sure and get tickets ahead of time.

First of all, I was late and the young lady (pink vest and umbrella) waited for us to arrive. I can’t say enough Thank yous. Secondly, this experience is totally worth it. Many Berninis and Caravaggios. If you can’t get tickets directly, this is the way to go.
