JOYÀ, de eerste Cirque du Soleil resident show in Mexico, combineert culinaire en podiumkunsten in een intieme theatersetting om de vijf zintuigen van het publiek te prikkelen. JOYÀ vertelt het verhaal van een alchemist en zijn kleindochter die op zoek gaan naar de geheimen van het leven. Als u gekozen heeft voor zitplaatsen met diner, houd er dan rekening mee dat het diner een uur voor de show begint. ** Dit is het officiële gedeelde vervoer naar Cirque Soleil Service** Zorg ervoor dat uw pakket in de naam "Transfer + Experience" bijvoorbeeld vermeldt: "Transfer + Show-Only", dat zijn de pakketten die de retourtransportservice omvatten. 1. Zoek en selecteer tijdens het boekingsproces het hotel of ontmoetingspunt van uw voorkeur. 2.De "Starttijd" in de bevestiging is het schema van de show NIET de ophaaltijd. 3. Om de exacte tijd en het ontmoetingspunt te weten moet u een bericht sturen via de optie op uw reservering voorafgaand aan de gekochte bezoekdatum (12 uur) om de transportservice niet te verliezen.. Vervoer is niet privé, dus je deelt de bus met andere bezoekers. **Belangrijke opmerking ** Er kunnen locaties in Playa del Carmen zijn waar het vervoer niet rechtstreeks toegang heeft. - **BELANGRIJK** Bij Cirque du Soleil JOYA beginnen alle belevenissen met het diner (duur 1 uur) en daarna begint de show (1 uur later) het schema is afhankelijk van de geselecteerde belevenis.
- Kaartjes worden bij aankomst aan de kassa van het theater geprint en op de dag van de voorstelling opgehaald. U dient uw voucher te tonen, samen met een identiteitsbewijs met foto.
- ID wordt gevraagd voor alcoholgebruik
- Champagne inbegrepen in eet- en drinkervaringen kan worden ingewisseld voor rode wijn, witte wijn, sap, water of frisdrank, direct in het theater met uw ober.
- Casual-formele dresscode.
- We hebben veganistische en vegetarische menu-opties voor het diner. In geval van voedselbeperkingen dient u de ober hiervan op de hoogte te stellen aan het begin van uw diner.

If I could give this experience a negative grade, I would. Our “family outing” kicked off with a bus ride so dysfunctional it felt like a social experiment. The driver somehow managed to seat my wife, me, and our two daughters; including one with autism; in completely different sections of the bus. Not one passenger had the basic human decency to shift over until my wife deployed her signature death stare. And the passengers nearby? Rude, loud, snarky, and marinating the entire bus in a fog of fast food breath that should’ve come with a warning label. They talked over my wife, ignored the fact that our younger daughter was clearly scared sitting away from her mother, and only offered to move after being confronted. The ride itself felt like the suspension had been replaced with pogo sticks. Then came Cirque; the crown jewel of disappointment. It’s less a show and more a meticulously engineered cash extraction machine. Endless forced photo ops, overpriced everything, and food that tasted like it had given up on life. We paid $800 for an “appetizer and drinks experience” that could generously be described as a scam. The show? Wonky, awkward, and mostly in Spanish; which would’ve been fine if it were actually good. Instead, it felt like watching a dress rehearsal that never graduated. The staff hovered like helicopter hall monitors, policing every move as if we were about to steal the stage props. No physical programs, no convenience, no value. The return bus ride was the encore nobody asked for: bumpy, nauseating, and the final confirmation that Viator will never see another dollar from me. And Cirque? Let people use rideshare instead of forcing everyone into the taxi gauntlet. Final Grade: F. A masterclass in how to ruin a day.
The dinner show is really worth it. Simply spectacular.

The show itself was amazing but the staff did not make any attempts to fulfill my request for accessible seating for my elderly parents. We waited in a wrong line for over 30 minutes because there was no clear instructions as to where to stand. Like I said the show itself was amazing but unfortunately because the staff specially Tina (at the entrance of the event) we did not have an inviting and accommodating experience as we would have liked. The theatre of course was dark during the show and my parents had to go up and down stairs with NO guard railing!!!! Beware of this if you decide to take elderly family members.
I’ve wanted to check out Cirque Du Soleil for a while now, so this was a big deal that I went ahead and splurged on tickets for my kids and I. The shuttle arrived on time and was very comfortable and new. The drivers - to & fro expect a tip. The location is very nice. Be sure to order the ticket that includes dinner. Dinner was amazing! What an unforgettable experience! The service was delightful! The food was exceptional! The show was engaging! I wouldn’t change a thing! BUY THE TICKETS!!! 5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The show is wonderful. The food left to desire and the drinks tb. But if you go, buy the aperitif option that the seats are good. The food doesn't, but it's worth the seats.
