At the Top, het observatiedek van Burj Khalifa, is een van de populairste bestemmingen van Dubai. Met je toelating heb je exclusieve toegang tot het hoogste observatorium ter wereld. In de speciale lift wordt u vermaakt door een multimediapresentatie over de geschiedenis van Dubai en het technische wonder dat Burj Khalifa is. Bekijk vervolgens de glazen wanden van vloer tot plafond van het observatiedek die een onbelemmerd 360 graden uitzicht bieden op de stad, de woestijn en de oceaan.

HOTELTRANSFER (OPHALEN) IS ALLEEN BESCHIKBAAR ALS DE OPTIE IS GESELECTEERD • Als de optie ALLEEN TICKET is geselecteerd, regel dan zelf de ticketbalie "At the Top, Burj Khalifa", op de benedenverdieping in The Dubai Mall, tegenover de food court. • Houd er rekening mee dat de balie "At the Top, Burj Khalifa", Dubai Mall en Burj Khalifa allemaal deel uitmaken van hetzelfde complex. • Vraag om nauwkeurige aanwijzingen bij de servicebalies van Dubai Mall of kijk naar de bewegwijzering die de richting naar de Burj Khalifa aangeeft. • Kom 10 minuten voor de geplande tijd van uw bezoek naar het inwisselpunt om vertragingen te voorkomen. • Als de optie Ticket + Transfer is geselecteerd, is de door u geselecteerde tijd de bezoektijd van Burj Khalifa en wordt u 01 uur voor de geselecteerde bezoektijd opgehaald bij het hotel. • Hotel pick-up is alleen beschikbaar vanaf hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area en Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal en Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. - Je ontvangt nog een aparte bevestigings-PDF-voucher van de Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) per e-mail of via what’s app messenger nadat de boeking is gemaakt.
- Bewaar alleen die PDF-voucher of 7-cijferig bestelnummer (op uw mobiele telefoon is prima) die u van de Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) hebt ontvangen en toon het personeel bij de ingang / ticketbalie van Burj Khalifa samen met een geldig identiteitsbewijs met foto voor hen om het fysieke ticket te scannen en op te halen.
- Houd er rekening mee dat er tijdens het hoogseizoen, in het weekend en op feestdagen ook enige wachttijd is bij de ticketbalie/lift.
- Zorg ervoor dat u 10 minuten vóór de geplande tijd van uw bezoek aanwezig bent bij het inwisselpunt om vertragingen te voorkomen
- Vanwege de grote vraag is het door u gekozen tijdslot mogelijk niet beschikbaar: als dit gebeurt, krijgt u een nieuw tijdslot toegewezen… een nieuw tijdslot dat het dichtst bij uw aanvankelijk aangevraagde tijd ligt, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid”

Absolute disaster with kids. You reserve a slot and pay way too much money. We had a fixed slot but had to wait 2 extra hours. You stay 15 mins because it's extremely busy and you have to wait another 2 hrs to get down again. Very bad organisation...it s all about the money!!

Burj Khalifa was very busy and spent most morning queuing . Will look next time at fast tickets or go there 2 pm where most of queues had disappeared. Aquarium was ok and had to change floors to see all .

We have waited up to 3 hours for about 15 minutes of visiting. I wouldn't buy tickets on time again. Impossible
Uncivilicised experiense. Waited one hour to go up and 1.5 hrs to go down . I am writing this review from the elevator que. tour operator instructions is not clear as well. Do not buy this tour unles it includes fast track and believe me it does not worth your time and money

We had to wait about 3 hours on the line before getting to 124 and 125 level. We had time 11:30, and those people who bought tickets on spot get in before than e- ticket buyers.

The amount of money they charged wasn’t worth it. To out look from the 124th floor was cool but $45 naw. Then the aquarium was another $45 that can be seen from the outside of the mall the description made it seem like there was a large aquarium, but I could’ve walked around the mall and seen it for free.

I went with my boyfriend and we loved it! The views from the Burj Khalifa were amazing and the Aquarium experience was incredible!
From pick up to drop off this tour was amazing. The Burj Khalifa was spectacular and as for the aquarium, it was amazing. We topped it off with a wander around Dubai Mall. A great day out
A Dubai must! A world wonder. The organization is flawless. Very fast moving lanes, so no crowded. The view is one of a kind.
I attended at night, its really busy so expect longer wait times. But the view is breathtaking 😍 There's a wait to exit also so keep in mind if you are on time schedule give additional time as there's only two elevators.
