Stap in een iconische 4 persoons gondel hut met uitgestrekte ramen en geniet van een soepele 8 - minuten rijden naar de top van Sulphur Mountain. Onderweg geniet u van een spectaculair uitzicht op de stad Banff, de Bow Valley en zes omliggende bergketens. Geniet op de top van 360 graden panoramische vergezichten. Verken de top in uw eigen tempo met toegang tot schilderachtige wandelpaden, waaronder de Sulphur Mountain Boardwalk. Deze zelfstandige interpretatieve loopbrug leidt naar Sanson's Peak en het Sulphur Mountain Cosmic Ray Station, een aangewezen National Historic Site. Als het tijd is om te ontspannen, stop dan bij Castle Mountain Coffee Co. voor een drankje of hapje, of geniet van een volledige dinerervaring met reserveringen bij Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen of Sky Bistro, met verheven Canadese gerechten met een ongeëvenaard uitzicht. De Banff Gondola wordt het hele jaar door bediend door Roam Public Transit – Route 1. Pendelbussen met tickets rijden regelmatig met haltes langs Banff Avenue. Er zijn gratis pendeldiensten beschikbaar van mei tot oktober.

Beautiful views. Great perspective of Canadian Rockies. So much beauty at top. Recommend slowly down & having a leisurely beer at their outdoor patio weather permitting!
Prior to boarding, we were able to visit Starbucks and the lovely gift shop. The amenities included in the Banff Gondola FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. At the top of the gondola is a LARGE, GORGEOUS visitor center with a beautiful restaurant and a fun bar--both offering GREAT views! There are multiple viewing sites, seating, games, refreshments, binoculars, firepits, and maps detailing the surrounding mountains. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!
1hr and 30mins for a $100 ride and stay on top is a bit greedy. Pursuit, Should give it back to a canadian company.
staff is very friendly. Well worth taking the hike all the way up to the top of Sulphur Mountain when you’re up there. views are fantastic.

Staff exceptional kind and helpful. The view and ride were awesome I did not understand that ordering through trip advisor I had to go through the ticket line on site. I am sure it was noted on Trip Advisor site but I wish it was more obvious when buying the ticket or on site.

While I’m glad we did this - a little underwhelming and pricey and very crowded. Beautiful views- ended up eating at Sky Bistro and food was amazing. Not a ton to do but great photo ops and areas to soak in the sights!
Bus was on time. But very crowded on the way there. Very organized for the ride back to Banff Avenue.
He told me he loved me for the first time on top of the mountain so romantic awwwwwwww he is the best I love Banff gondola and him
