Tickets voor de Eiffeltoren kunnen niet vooraf worden ontvangen. In plaats daarvan moeten alle klanten aanwezig zijn op het ontmoetingspunt dat op uw voucher staat aangegeven, waar de gastheer de tickets zal verzorgen. Geniet van toegang tot de 1e en 2e verdieping met de lift. Bewonder het spectaculaire uitzicht over Parijs. Ontmoet eerst uw gastheer op de vergaderlocatie, tegenover het Le Champ de Mars Café op Avenue de la Bourdonnais 45. Wissel uw vouchers in voor uw toegangskaarten voor de Eiffeltoren en ga van daaruit met uw gastheer mee naar de 2e verdieping van de toren.

- Er kunnen vertragingen zijn bij de veiligheidscontrole en om toegang te krijgen tot de lift
- Dit product wordt niet terugbetaald, behalve: Indien overmacht SETE doet besluiten de toegang tot het monument geheel of gedeeltelijk te beperken gedurende meer dan twee (2) aaneengesloten uren, zal de terugbetaling strikt in verhouding staan tot die beperking. Indien de toegang wordt beperkt wegens een beslissing van de overheid, is geen restitutie verschuldigd. Als de toegang tot de top van de Eiffeltoren bijvoorbeeld gesloten is, kan alleen het verschil tussen de kosten van een ticket voor de top en een ticket voor de tweede verdieping worden terugbetaald, aangezien de 1e en 2e verdieping open blijven voor het publiek.
- De rolstoel is alleen toegankelijk tot de tweede verdieping.
- Mensen met beperkte mobiliteit worden niet toegelaten tot de topvloer
- Kinderen jonger dan 4 jaar hebben ook een toegangsticket nodig; voeg dit bij boeking toe.

Whilst the tour was great, the reason I booked the tour was that it was sold as no need to queue for the lifts, however the fact of the matter is, you are just in the queue. It’s easier to buy a ticket on arrival.
All was done in a very efficient manner. This was something I had wanted to do and now it’s off my bucket list

The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower but 500m away, and the ticket office at the tower refuses these tickets, which are overpriced. .the person who accompanied us spoke only in English!!!!!. conclusion: WORTHLESS.

The Eiffel Tower experience was short, sweet and just what we needed for a re visit to this historical site and to avoid long lines. The guide was clear and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.

Tour couldn’t have been better. We met our guide Dinesch at the scheduled meeting spot, he was informative, entertaining, interactive and very friendly. He kept the tour participants engaged and together. He was always smiling and talking with us. The tour was the perfect length and we were able to spend as much time on the tower as we needed. So far this was my favorite tour and tour guide!

I honestly booked this because all of the direct booking tickets were sold out for the date and time I wanted to go. It worked out well because this tour started at a cute little cafe where my family and I were able to have breakfast before our 930 start time. Our tour guide was very informative and the pre-tour information gave lots of good insight. We didn't try to stay with the group once we got in the tower. It would have been impossible to stick together. We enjoyed the views regardless and got enough information before to make it worthwhile.

Meeting place is 5minutes walk away. Guide was very articulate and clear. The trip left on time and the guide was very engaging

There is no direct access like they advertise. We had to wait in line for two hot hours before we got to summit. Not worth the money.
