Horrible. Missed the meeting time and was unable to contact anyone despite repeated efforts. Need to do better!
Pepe is gre at guide and has a great type of humour.
Gets you up to the top which is GREAT. You sail past the lines and the crowds…BUT Then you’re on your own for getting down…had an elderly grandparent in our group and the heat, lines, and chaos to descend are terrible. If there was a way to pay to get down I woulda gladly paid for it! Grandparent was heat exhausted, had to beg, fight, and plead to get down and bum rushing and “engineers and doctors” melée ensued. Separated from our group, dunno, worth it to skip the wait to go up? Prolly. But just know there’s no way to get down except to stand/wait in a 3+ hr line. Bon Chance!

We had a great time during our Eiffel Tower experience! Our guide, Gözde, was incredibly nice and funny. She made our visit a great learning experience and answered every one of our questions. I would highly recommend this experience, especially with Gözde, and would love to come back again!
