Great experience! Educational and emotional. Covered the many facets of the Titanic story from the foundations in Belfast, the construction, the interiors, the sinking, victims, and discovery. Well done. The one thing I would say is that it felt especially crammed in the early exhibits so I feel like I didn’t get to see those as much, unfortunately.
Absolutely brilliant, very well presented. All the facilities were first class , food and drink excellent. Well worth visiting.
It’s was a good history lesson. Lots of reading and a few interactive things too.
I visited Titanic Belfast recently and found the overall experience to be good, but not quite as impressive as I had expected. A special mention goes to Graham from customer services, who was extremely helpful when I asked to change my tour time. He was friendly, accommodating, and made the process very easy. The museum itself was incredibly busy, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the exhibits. There were lots of people crowding around the displays, and I felt I missed quite a bit because it was hard to get close enough to read and take everything in. The shipyard ride was a nice addition, but again, the queue was very long, which took away from the experience. Having previously visited the Titanic Experience in Cobh, I actually preferred that museum. I found it a little less crowded and easier to appreciate the exhibits at my own pace. Overall, I’d rate Titanic Belfast as good rather than great. It’s certainly worth visiting, but I think the experience would be much better if it were less busy.
This is how to build a museum/experience.. it is a single subject but so we'll done. It builds the story beautifully all the way to the tragic night. It has been designed in a thpughtful/respectful way .. some very poignant stagings. Never boring and the staff are so kind and enthusiastic. Should not be missed.
Great experience and reasonably priced
Excellent experience. Very informative with lots of good though provoking exhibits. Well worth visiting.
Neither my partner nor I were particularly interested in visiting Titanic Belfast before our trip, but a local barman recommended it to us, and we’re so glad we decided to go. We booked our tickets through TripAdvisor and felt they were reasonably priced for everything the museum had to offer. The beginning of the museum was probably the weakest part for us. It focuses more on the history of Belfast and the shipbuilding industry rather than the Titanic itself, with lots of information boards to read. It was also very crowded when we visited, which made it difficult to take everything in. However, once we got further into the museum, we really enjoyed it. The exhibits are interactive and engaging, which was perfect for us as we’re not usually museum people! There are plenty of hands-on displays and multimedia experiences that keep things interesting throughout. One of our favourite parts was the ride that takes you through the shipyard while screens around you explain how the Titanic was built. It was great fun and something a little different from a typical museum experience. The later sections of the museum are incredibly moving and really bring home the human story behind the Titanic. We chose not to do the guided tour and still felt we’d had a fantastic experience. Overall, we’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re in Belfast. Even if, like us, you don’t think you’re particularly interested in the Titanic, you might be pleasantly surprised!

Hand held Audio equipment not easy to navigate. It malfunctioned a couple times.

Overrated, waste of time and money. Reading boards, video runs and a 25 minute wait for a 5 minute ride in a cable car ride that was uninteresting. Not very well laid out and god forbid if this place has a full on amount of visitors. We went on a Monday and even then it felt congested. Paid over £40 for a two hour drag for 2 people which was quite frankly rubbish. Don’t believe the hype about this place.
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the Titanic Experience did not meet your expectations. We have strict procedures in place to ensure the safety of our guests and staff and measures are in place to manage visitor flow including advance booking, controlled timeslots and capped capacities to ensure that visitor levels are kept as comfortable as possible.
