We werken enkel met speciale, lokale Belgische bieren, en je kan zoveel Brusselse wafels maken als je wenst. De gastheer zal je leren over verschillende soorten wafels, het proces van het produceren van bier, waarom bier en wafels goed samenwerken, en nog veel meer. Naast het bier bieden we ook andere traditionele Belgische ingrediënten en toppings aan voor de Brusselse wafels (zoals Cassonnade en Speculoos spread). Je verlaat deze workshop met een volle maag, een warm hart en je nieuwsgierigheid is bevredigd.

This workshop is the best of both worlds, beer and waffles! You satisfy your tipsy cravings with a waffle that also has beer inside. The waffles were really good and a large variety of toppings was offered. Our host Titch was very knowledgeable about the different beers offered and explained to us how they are made and so... learned a lot about waffles too.
I went there for my birthday because I wanted to make my own sweet treat for that special day. My friend and I had so much fun: the explanations were clear and super useful, with loads of tips to do more waffles at home. Best thing? You can eat the waffles you made at the end ! Just make sure you don't over eat before the workshop haha
