De toren is 55,86 m hoog (183,27 ft) vanaf de grond aan de lage zijde en 56,70 m hoog (186,02 ft) aan de hoge zijde, en is ongeveer 3,99 graden hellend. De zwakke en instabiele ondergrond heeft bijgedragen aan dit unieke fenomeen en het ontstaan van een van de wonderen van de wereld. Je hebt een strikte 30 minuten om naar de top te klimmen, van het uitzicht te genieten en terug naar beneden te gaan, dus zorg ervoor dat elke seconde van je tijd in de toren telt! De trap met 294 treden kan verontrustend zijn; met trappen die op verschillende manieren hellen, maar je wordt beloond met een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht over Pisa vanaf de top! Loop rond het balkon van de toren en maak foto's van het drukke plein beneden, bezaaid met ongelooflijke monumenten zoals de kathedraal van Pisa en de begraafplaats Campo Santo.

If you book at tower timed entry it is onky 20pp not 35pp. This is not a tour its only entry to tower nothing else. We were there 4.45 tickets booked for that time n werent allowed in as people were left in 10 mins before hand. Tour saud they told us to arrive 10 mins beforehand but hadnt and when called we couldnt change time or get refund defo dont recommend at all.

The Tower is quite something to see as is the Cathedral. If you have the stamina make sure to climb the 300 steps to the top of the tower. The view is magnificent.

This was a great experience. We took the express train from Rome to Pisa Costing 52 euros. Then once at the Pisa station a short cab ride for 11 euros. Once there checked in at the information center to upload entry ticket. Information center staff very helpful. The cathedral was beautiful and not as restricted with cover up. 15 minutes before our 4:45 checkin time for the pisa tour we were at the line to enter. Not as bad as it looks for the 290 steps up to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa. Outside some nice restaurants and tents either stuff to buy Overall. Great experience but a long day for us from Rome 🙏💕💙

It was a hot summer day under the Tuscan sun, but the view from the top of the tower was worth the climb. Pisa is beautiful, the countryside is breath taking, full of every shade of yellow and brown you could imagine. We had a wonderful time with family and friends.

I would give the tour company a zero if possible. Our ticket voucher was absolutely useless. We went to the redemption point and the ticket personal has NO IDEA what to do with it. They looked at us like we were crazy showing them the link information that was sent to us. We had to purchase new tickets at the ticket office. Soooo not cool. Don’t buy this tour option!! We wasted over $200.00 USD on worthless tickets plus the additional cost of new tickets. A VERY pricy day that shouldn’t have been! (As an aside, the tower and cathedral are worth the view- do it on your own!)

Be careful on the steps it’s very tight and slippery but SO BEAUTIFUL! Totally worth booking entry to the tower you get an amazing view of Pisa

Very well organised. Our slot was at 4.45, we dropped our bags off in a secure locker on site as stated on theticket and walked over to the tower. Small queue to gain entry.
