Very nice english guide. The first part was a short spanish 360 video, then we went outside to the telescopes. Saw many planets, stars and clusters there.

Was quite ok to look at various stars with a telescope. And the guide did his thing well. For the price of 20 CHF per person I expected much more information and a more professional facility

Nos encantaría que nos des otra oportunidad. We have had a lovely evening looking at old and new stars as well as Saturn and a waning moon. Ruth has been fantastic in her explanations to us in English. All the team have been lovely. Would recommend if looking for something to do in the evening in Arequipa. Admission fee is per advertised.

I find it difficult to rate this one. There are 2 parts of this event. First you go on the roof to see the sky through telescope. It is ok but don’t expect you will see much details. Basically what you see through the telescope are just blinking points in the sky. All look more less the same , sometimes the color is a little bit different. The only exception was Saturn (because of its ring) Perhaps when you can observe moon when it is full it makes more impression. This part I would rate 4/5. The second part is just lame. You watch very short movie about universe. Don’t expect you will get any useful information. The quality of this movie is also a joke. Reminds me of screensaver from old Windows;) In general I have very mixed feelings, for sure it is not worth 27 USD ,

La astronomía real depende mucho de las condiciones del cielo: en un entorno urbano y con nubosidad/intermitencias, los objetos de cielo profundo suelen verse como puntos o nubecitas tenues; cuando la Luna o planetas como Saturno y Júpiter están en buena posición, la experiencia suele ser mucho más impactante (anillos, bandas, cráteres, etc.). Antes de subir, siempre explicamos estas limitaciones para ajustar expectativas y aun así buscamos que sea una experiencia auténtica y guiada. Respecto a la proyección, fue un cortesía sin costo que ofrecimos mientras esperábamos una ventana de cielo más estable. No forma parte del paquete que contrataron; no sustituye la observación. Tomamos nota de tu comentario sobre su calidad para seguir mejorándola. Sobre el valor, nuestro precio publicado incluye guía especializada, uso de telescopios, organización del grupo en terraza, y atenciones como té caliente/cobijas; además, cuando el clima no colabora, ofrecemos alternativas como reprogramación sin costo para que puedas vivir la experiencia en mejores condiciones. Apreciamos tu feedback: nos ayuda a mejorar y a seguir ofreciendo una experiencia honesta, segura y lo más impresionante posible dentro de un cielo urbano y condiciones reales de observación.
