Halve dag rondleiding door de stad om het Archeologisch Museum van Thessaloniki te bezoeken met zijn gouden en zilveren schatten en vele andere vondsten van het gebied van Centraal-Macedonië, het beroemde UNESCO-monument van de Rotonda, wandeling door de Witte Toren, het Forum Romanum en de Boog van Galerius en bezoek de basilika van St. Demetrios, patroonheilige van de stad. Bezoek de beroemdste verzameling schatten uit de oudheid in de stad, genaamd "The Gold of Macedon", om geweldige artefacten van goud, zilver en brons te bewonderen tijdens een privérondleiding. Dit is een stadswandeling door Thessaloniki, dus als het hotel of het appartement centraal gelegen is, ontmoet ik de bezoekers bij de ingang van het hotel of de flat. Zo niet, dan stellen we een centraal ontmoetings- en startpunt vast. Geen transport is inbegrepen in de getoonde gidskosten.

We booked the tour spontaneously at the request of our 9 year old son. And we want to express our deep gratitude to Efi. She has a deep knowledge of the history of her city, region and country and despite the terrible heat wave we spent 4 unforgettable hours with her. If you are looking for one of the fun modern guides, Efi is probably not for you. But if you want to get acquainted with the history and myths of the city and the region - Efi is very good at this. Special thanks for the gifted book about the history of one of the islands, authored by Efi - great fun for my son on the trip.
