Bij Pedro Estate factory wordt u het volledige proces getoond van hoe thee wordt vervaardigd en vervolgens gesorteerd en verpakt voor export naar alle hoeken van de wereld. Het Pedro thee landgoed is gelegen in Centraal Sri Lanka in de nabijheid van Nuwara Eliya en is gelegen op een landschap met de blauwe lucht als de achtergrond met groene weiden van thee en water valt cascadering, dat is een gezicht nooit te missen.

We paid €30.5 per person for this trip, which would include tea picking and tea tasting. However, it was a 20 min tour that would have started without us. Tea is not allowed to be picked there and the tasting was a cup of tea at the end. On departure we saw the sign with prices at the entrance... €2.8 per person. It's ridiculous that the tour operators make so much on the back of these people. The Tour itself was fine and the people were friendly. Too bad #tripadvisor uses these prices. Don't do this! You can just come and pay 1,000 LKR and join the next tour.
It was really very funny the gout was very nice his name was Anjana. He even drove us to a snack shop because we were still hungry, very needs-based. The whole trip was maybe a bit too expensive in our opinion for that was a lot of fun picking tea.
Tour was ok but I did not get a water bottle as promised, it was overpriced as you can visit better and newer tea factory for free
I did a Tea Factory visit and Horton Plains National Park Tour with Almedha. He is a very good guide with good knowledge providing great information and insight's. Can highly recommend a tour with Almedha to everyone and really enjoyed the day, fantastic experience!
