Centraal daarin staat het gerenommeerde Hotel Atlantis the Palm. The View, een observatiedek op de 52e verdieping van de Palm Tower, biedt een prachtig uitzicht. Bereikbaar vanaf Nakheel Mall. Met de lift duurt het slechts 3 minuten om 240 meter boven het eiland te bereiken. Voordat ze naar boven gaan, kunnen bezoekers een interactief museum verkennen met details over de creatie van de Palm Jumeirah. Geniet vanaf het dek van een 360 graden uitzicht op de Palm, de skyline van Dubai en de Arabische Golf.

The View is het observatiedek op de 52e verdieping van de Palm Tower, naast Nakheel Mall. De ingang van het gebouw bevindt zich op het dak van het winkelcentrum, vanwaar je de lift neemt naar het observatiedek dat zich 240 meter boven het palmeiland bevindt. Voordat je de reis van 3 minuten naar het dek maakt, kun je een bezoek brengen aan het interactieve museum en de galerij die je het verhaal vertellen over de oprichting van de Palm Jumeirah. Zodra je het dek bereikt, krijg je een 360o uitzicht op de Palm Jumeirah, de skyline van Dubai en de Arabische Golf.

Our tour experience was exceptional, our tour guide Adeel was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, very kindhearted and was very clam when we had to change plane due to extreme weather and suggested new places to visit so we don’t waste our day. He stay extra time to give us time for shopping.

Mega view of the Palm - if possible Fast Track Ticket - you walk past all the queues. The story of the origin of the islands is very impressively illustrated in the lower section. The Extra Observation Deck in the upper part can only be reached with the more expensive ticket.

Check in was difficult one lady made us go straight through and other sent us to another desk. lady at the view desk wasn't very helpful, stating contact ticket company and unfortunately had difficult access the wifi in the building. Views were good and nice to be there for sunset
Everyone was nice and experience was entertaining. Good place to experience the Palm and views that Dubai offers.
Amazing visit and a must do while in Dubai. The afternoon time of 6.30pm was great with day and sunset views. The atmosphere delightful and the view to die for.

Great views of the Palm. We went at 9:30 which is non prime time and meant we avoided any queues. You can upgrade to a fast pass for 75 AED , which I think would be worth it during busy times especially around sunset. There is also a VIP pass which gets you up another level. It does get pretty hot even at 9:30 as there’s not much of a breeze due to the high glass walls. Taking clear photos can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day due to the reflections from the glass.

The View at The Palm Jumeirah is worth a visit. Is the best way to actually see The Palm, unless you want to skydive. However, this tour company is not trustworthy. They didn't email the tickets, only a vaucher. The instructions said that we needed to exchange at the ticket counter but also said they would email them. When we got there at the ticket counter the lady there said that wasn't accurate they are supposed to send the ticket as promised. We call them at the number provided and they started making excuses until the tickets lady personally talked to them and demanded to send us the tickets and to stop giving false information to the customers. Within ten minutes they sent the tickets through WhatsApp. If it wasn't for this lady we probably would have lost our money.
Got the 4.30 entry ticket, only to get to the top at 5.38. You spend most of your time queuing whilst people push through claiming one reason or another that absolves any reason to wait. The ‘security’ just wave them through. The view at the top was good , as you would expect, but the queue to get down was just as chaotic, it took the shine off what should have been a memorable visit. All in all a shambles and not really worth the money or the wait. Oh yes, I’m writing this in the queue to get down, one lift out of order! Says it all really.

Loved the experience, and well worth the upgrade to go up to the 54th floor - the views are that much better!
