Volg deze fascinerende tour om meer te weten te komen over het proces van chocoladeproductie in een typische chocoladefabriek in de buurt van Turijn. Je bezoekt een chocoladeproductielaboratorium, waar je alles leert over het hele chocolademaakproces, van het roosteren van cacaobonen tot de creatie van hun kenmerkende gianduiotto (chocoladebonbon gemaakt met IGP-hazelnoten uit Piemonte), die zorgvuldig wordt getemperd, geëxtrudeerd en handgemaakt. Tijdens de tour krijg je inzicht in de technieken en het vakmanschap die komen kijken bij het maken van hoogwaardige chocolade, gemaakt met de fijnste en meest gewaardeerde variëteiten cacaobonen. Om deze ervaring af te ronden, kunt u genieten van een proefsessie met onze unieke handgemaakte gianduiotto, evenals chocolademonsters van enkele oorsprong met drie verschillende oorsprongen en cacaopercentages. U krijgt ook de mogelijkheid om een van onze heerlijke smeerbare crèmes te proeven.

This location is a little out of the way but so worth it. Our guide was wonderful. He showed us everything in his factory as to the process of getting the cacao pod and how they process it. We got to do tastings of some of his product. We loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves chocolate and is curious how it is made.
