De term ‘Jing Jing’ betekent echt/authentiek. Voor ons gaat het erom dat het Thaise eten recht wordt gedaan. Deze tour is bewust ontworpen met de meer ervaren Thaise reiziger in gedachten. Het is voor de reiziger die op zoek is naar nieuwe en opwindende Thaise gerechten die ze nog niet hebben geprobeerd. We proberen een aantal pittige gerechten, samen met mildere gerechten; ze vertonen allemaal die prachtige Thaise ‘balans’.

Noedels in Ayutthaya-stijl. Wees getuige van de authentieke Thaise keuken in actie. Beginnend met de lokale locatie die Guay Dtieow Reua (bootnoedels) Ayutthaya-stijl bereidt, krijg je de betoverende bereiding van je eten te zien. Het zien van het culinaire proces is net zo spannend als het proeven van het voltooide gerecht, en voegt een spannend tintje toe aan uw eetreis.
Zuid-Thaise keuken. Ontdek de boeiende mix van Thaise en Indiase smaken. We duiken het zuidelijke deel van Thailand in en introduceren gerechten met een vleugje Indiase kruiden zoals kurkuma. Van roergebakken knapperige geraspte meerval tot drooggebakken gele varkensgehaktcurry, je smaakpapillen zullen dansen met de opwindende smaken die Zuid-Thais eten biedt.
Esaan-voedsel verkennen. Beleef een smaakexplosie met de Esaan-keuken. Een tour genaamd 'Jing Jing' zou niet compleet zijn zonder de culinaire wonderen van Noordoost-Thailand te proeven. Of het nu de Hot 'n' Sour Warm Bamboo Shoot Salad is, of een unieke variant van de Green Papaya Salad, uw smaakpapillen staan voor een heerlijke uitdaging.

- Feast Thailand heeft een verplichte auto-ongevallenverzekering. Deze polis wordt onderschreven door Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) PCL. Alle gasten op een boeking moeten hun naam en paspoortnummer doorgeven om verzekerd te zijn, zoals vereist door de Thaise wet. Five of us had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the Jing-Jing tour with the lovely Bell. This tour included 17 different dishes, most of which are not your usual Thai offerings. There were too many highlights to mention, and only one dish that wasn't universally enjoyed (it wasn't bad, the others were just so much better). If you would like to experience different, authentic Thai cuisine, then this three and a half hour tour is perfect. Come hungry and pace yourself because there's an awful lot to enjoy! Side note - this particular tour does include a few very spicy dishes.

Absolutely fantastic food tour! We chose the jing jing tour as we have been to Thailand many times and wanted to try local non-tourist specialities. Leigh and Belle met us at our hotel and Belle took us on a tour of five places and in three places had 2-3 dishes to try. She asked us what our Thai food knowledge was and the dishes were chosen accordingly. She explained each dish and the culinary region it originated from so building our knowledge as we stuffed ourselves! Belle was great fun and I highly recommend a tour with Feast Thailand, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent tour with the wonderful Belle, our guide for day. We sampled so many awesome authentic dishes, we had a mixed range of tolerances to spicy foods, one who thinks tomato sauce is spicy. 🤣 We finished the day "as full as a fat ladies sock". Some Aussie slang we tried to explain to Belle. 😆 Would definitely recommend for anyone looking at sampling some authentic Thai food.

Great tour with the wonderful Belle, our guide. We sampled so many great, authentic dishes - most of which we'd never tried before. The dishes ranged in level of spice from mild to spicy (but not too spicy). Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a passion for authentic food.

This is a must do if you are looking for the real deal. Our tour guide Cream was amazing and explained what we were eating and the best way to experience the food. We tried an assortment of dishes, some familiar and some not. The places she took us were definitely off the path and delightful. Never be afraid of the food stall on the side of the road or in the back alley. I would book this tour again the next time I’m in Hua Hin.
