We nemen je mee op een reis naar enkele van de beroemdste scènes uit de hitserie en bezoeken de locaties die je terug in de tijd laten stappen door onveranderde, oude dorpen, het horen van alle geschiedenis en het zien van de bezienswaardigheden die de beroemde tv-show inspireerden. Je hebt misschien de boeken gelezen en de show gezien, maar niets is te vergelijken met het allemaal zelf ervaren, een must voor fans! BEVAT SPOLIERS! Culross - Verschillende delen van Culross worden gebruikt om het dorp Cranesmuir weer te geven, voornamelijk voor seizoen 1 van Outlander. Opmerkelijk is het Mercat Cross (gelegen in het centrum van Culross). Dit is waar het huis van Geillis Duncan is, waar Jamie de jonge dief bevrijdt die 'op de paal is gespeld' en waar Geillis wordt weggevoerd om te branden voor hekserij. Ook zeer recent in seizoen 4, wanneer Briana Laoghaire en Joanie ontmoet op weg naar de doorgang naar Amerika, kunnen Joanie en Briana de tuin onderhouden buiten een huis dat dicht bij het Mercat-kruis ligt, maar het interieur van het huis van Laoghaire wordt vertegenwoordigd door het interieur van het nabijgelegen Culross-paleis.
Doune Castle (optioneel extra), dat te zien was als Castle Leoch in Outlander. Je zou dit middeleeuwse kasteel ook kunnen herkennen van vele andere films en tv-programma's zoals Game of Thrones en Monty Python en de Heilige Graal.
Linlithgow Palace - Linlithgow Palace - Deze enorm indrukwekkende ruïnes waren de geboorteplaats van verschillende monarchen, maar de meest opvallende was Mary Queen of Scots. . De onheilspellende schaal van Linlithgow Palace dateert uit de 12e eeuw. Het wordt gebruikt als set voor de beruchte Wentworth Prison in Outlander. Hier werd Jamie gevangen genomen en gemarteld door Black Jack Randall, een van de meest intense scènes gefilmd tijdens de tv-serie. Heb je het paleis gezien in de nieuwe 2018 blockbuster-film 'Outlaw King' over Robert The Bruce. The Palace is centraal gelegen in de stad Linlithgow, waar u genoeg keuze heeft voor de lunch.
Midhope Castle - We eindigen onze Outlander Experience-tour met een fotomoment in een van de meest iconische sets in de serie. Dit eenvoudige torenhuis uit de 16e eeuw is niemand minder dan Lallybroach, de thuisbasis van Jamie Fraser. Elke fan van Outlander zal de ingang van de poort onmiddellijk herkennen. Bezoekers zijn niet in staat om het kasteel binnen te gaan, maar Jamie's mooie Lallybroch-huis is nog steeds een essentiële fotomoment voor elke fan van de show die je Outlander-ervaring compleet maakt.

Entry tickets to castles may not be included. Overall it was great! Our guide, Mohamed, was brilliant!
Amazing trip! We had Mohamed as our guide, and he was incredibly helpful, funny, and knowledgeable. He shared fascinating information about every location we visited and made the experience even more enjoyable. Not only do you get to visit several filming locations from the TV show, but you also get to admire the beautiful scenery and learn about the area's history along the way.
The driver mohammed was very good at his job. There were small joke here and there, and he kept a good vibe throu the trip.
Mohammed was a wonderful guide, and very safe driver. Oh, and very funny!
Mohammed was such a nice, funny and great guide! We visited all the main locations you must see as an Outlander fan, the weather was fantastic for scottish standards and it was such a lovely day, with the highlight Lallybroch saved for the very best end! My friend, who never even saw any episode of Outlander, found it interesting and nice too! So if you want to see many Outlander filming locations in one day this is your chance!
We waited over an hour at the meeting location at the time indicated on our reservation. The tour group never showed and never communicated with us as to why. We reached out to them in multiple ways, but they never responded.It was my husband's birthday present, we were really disappointed.

Unfortunately, on the morning of your Monday tour, the assigned driver unexpectedly called in sick. As our office doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. on Mondays, there was no way for us to contact guests before they had already travelled to the meeting point. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without any communication, and we sincerely apologise for that experience. This is a very rare situation for us, and we regret that it impacted such a special occasion. We appreciate your patience and are sorry we let you down.
Had a lovely day seeing all of the Outlander locations. Mohammed was warm and quite knowledgeable- even though we had a bus mishap everything was handled well..
Despite the small accident this morning with the bus, Mohammad was completely in control with his new bus. We were able to do all the visits of the day, and on the bus, Mohammad was a very good guide, attentive and friendly. We have many photos and memories from this beautiful day. We highly recommend this tour and Mohammad.
Muhammad was the best! Very informative and funny at the same time. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who has read or watched the series.
