Met Better Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker en Kathy Najimy in de hoofdrollen is Hocus Pocus een van de meest geliefde films geworden. Het grootste deel van de film werd opgenomen in Salem in 1993. We nemen je mee naar 5 van de locaties die gebruikt zijn bij het filmen. Onderweg hoor je ook over de heksenprocessen in Salem, de maritieme geschiedenis, hoe we de "heksenstad" werden en meer! * Er is een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid wandelen (~ 3 mijl). Deze wandeling kan zeer inspannend zijn en is niet aan te raden voor mensen met de volgende : rug-, knie- of heupproblemen, ademhalings-, bloedsomloop-, hartproblemen of recente operaties. Pioneer Village is een optionele vergoeding van $ 5 (seizoensgebonden) ****De tour eindigt op een andere locatie dan de start - plan dienovereenkomstig. Het vervoer wordt niet verzorgd door WCWT.

Je eindigt de Hocus Pocus filmtour in Pioneer Village, het oudste levende geschiedenismuseum van de Verenigde Staten. Je hebt tijd om in je eigen tempo te wandelen en foto's te maken. (Optioneel) entreeprijs $5 per persoon als u ervoor kiest om naar binnen te gaan. Het weer het toelaat en kan gesloten zijn, afhankelijk van specifieke omstandigheden. Regel indien nodig uw eigen vervoer terug naar het centrum van Salem via Uber / Lyft. Deze tour eindigt hier (die niet in de buurt van de startlocatie is)

- Pioneer Village is niet open op weekdagen .Dus als je ervoor kiest om deze tour op een doordeweekse dag te boeken krijg je geen entree. Pioneer Village sluit ook tijdens slecht weer vanwege modderige omstandigheden..
- Wij kunnen niet verantwoordelijk worden gesteld als Pioneer Village zonder kennisgeving is gesloten.
- Pioneer Village (optioneel met $ 5 vergoeding) is normaal geopend van juni tot oktober. Alleen in het weekend.

Luckily, we were a small group that let us explore a bit more. Michael was a great guide that told us a lot about the city as well as the movie. He knew when we needed a break & sought shade from the intense sun. He also gave us some helpful local/insider tips.

Grace was great! Super knowledgeable, sweet, and thoughtful! The tour took us all around Salem, lots of walking, but she planned drink and restrooms stops along the way. She kept us engaged and interacted with us, asking Hocus Pocus trivia questions along the way. She brought he spray mist bottle to relieve us from the heat and offered a spray if we got a quesrion correct...super cute! This tour was great for kids and adults alike...Had lots of fun on this nostalgic tour!!

This tour exceeded my expectations and couldn’t recommend it more! It is prefect for Hocus Pocus lovers, walking around and exploring and also learning about Salem’s rich history. You get to see the iconic Hocus Pocus locations and take pictures. Our tour guide Michael was awesome! He is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about making your experience worthwhile.

Glad we picked this tour out of the many offered in Salem! The guide, Michael, was great and very knowledgeable. He was very courteous and respectful not only to us, but especially to the town residents. He took family snapshots and even provided candy along the way! Thanks for a great few hours touring Salem!

Lots of walking. Lots of history information and interesting facts about the movie. Very neat to see some of the buildings that were used in the movie.

A ton of walking, but warned and well worth it! Ryan was an awesome guide and made the whole experience memorable. Hocus Pocus trivia was built into all the stops and on a hot day Ryan took extra care to make sure the group had water stops. At the end of the tour have your plan to get back (Uber, blue bike rental, taxi, or walk). Ryan led a walking group back and it was nice to see more of the city, continue the Hocus Pocus conversations, and get local insights.

3.5 walk with a few stops not all for the movie find out during the tour that a lot was not filmed in Salem. Disappointing, town hall not open, Sarah’s house pictures the garden was beautiful but no seeing inside house, finally at the end we see Max’s house! It is privately owened you can take pictures from street. At the end of tour you have to find your own way or walk back with tour guide.

We state it’s a long walk at 3.4 miles, we state that we do not enter any buildings, and we do state that the tour ends at Pioneer Village. So Please next time you book a tour or activity please read the description before you purchase tickets. It will save you money and a disappointment.
