Het Museum of Flight is het grootste onafhankelijke lucht- en ruimtemuseum ter wereld. Het bevindt zich op de oudste luchthaven van Seattle en toont meer dan 160 vliegtuigen en ruimtevaartuigen op een campus van 23 hectare. Tot de zes gebouwen van het museum behoort de oorspronkelijke Boeing-vliegtuigfabriek. Als een van de topattracties van de regio bieden we vluchtsimulators en tientallen leuke, interactieve tentoonstellingen en gezinsactiviteiten. De “Great Gallery” is een adembenemend glazen gebouw van zes verdiepingen met 43 vliegtuigen uit de jaren twintig tot nu, waaronder een zeldzaam M-21 Blackbird-spionagevliegtuig en straaljagers uit de oorlogen in Korea en Vietnam. Om nog maar te zwijgen van de spannende full-motion en 3D-vluchtsimulators!

We had the most wonderful experience visiting the Museum of Flight with our family of seven on July 16th! A special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Key Donn who was our docent.
Wonderful museum spead out in different areas with tons of aircraft. Give it at least 3 hours to see it all.
For plane enthusiasts Definitely worth attending, allow a whole day. It is the best flying museum we have attended
This is a wonderful exhibit, had plenty to see and definitely give yourself plenty of time 2 to 3 hrs.
Great experience in being able to see the different planes and flying machines throughout history. Interesting to see the people who have been part of flying innovations and experiences.

One of the best aviation museums in the world, although it should really be renamed to include the word “American” in the name, as it’s missing so many important European exhibits. One concession is Concorde, which has the longest queue for a visit!
Would suggest getting the audio tour at the front desk. Lots of planes you can walk through and see.
The museum would not accept my bought tickets. I request a refund please.
