De Dafnis familie, producenten van "De Governor", verwelkomen u en zorgen ervoor dat u een onvergetelijke olijfolie-ervaring hebt. Een ervaring waarbij u terug in de tijd reist en meer leert over de geschiedenis van de Dafnis olijfolie. Very good experience. The organizers have thought of everything. We felt very comfortable the whole time. We learned a lot of new things. Responsive and pleasant people.
An interesting trip. Our driver was excellent and answered all our questions. The guide who performed the tour on site was very knowledgeable, but unfortunately sometimes hard to follow due to a soft voice and strong accent. It was good to see more of the island outside of the resort area.
Clear and professional pickup service thanks to Andriana and Sotiris. Beautiful setting and tasting room, very informative tour about olive oil. Around 30 in the tour, with some people arriving independently. After having time to shop, we got driven to the olive grove and learned more about the trees, then got to see an old Byzantine fort. Got back to the Corfu town area around 3:20, so be prepared for a full day. Unique and well-done experience!
We loved our experience with the Governor's Olive Mill in Corfu. It included being picked up and returned at the Port, as well as stops to see olive trees and an old fortress. At the Mill itself we learned a lot about the production of olive oil, and we sampled their olive oils with various snacks and more. And the drive to and from allowed us to see quite a bit of the island beyond just Corfu. It really was a great way to spend part of our time in Corfu, and both our tour guide and our driver were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you like olive oil!
An exceptional olive oil experience with warm hospitality and outstanding quality. The tour was informative, the tasting was unforgettable, and Governor produces one of the finest high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oils I have ever tried. Highly recommended!

Such a neat and informative tour. The food pairings were delicious and the guides Sotiris Andriana were excellent! The fort at the end was a really nice addition!
Informative tour of The Governor Mill and it's history and change to modern mechanical methods of EVOO extraction. Also an insightful guide to their two main products and the difference between them both for purpose and aromatic flavours. The tour includes a ride out to the original 'mother' olive tree and historic tour of the fort. There is also a shop to purchase the oils as well as other products from local providers. Friendly people.
I truly enjoyed the day. We learned a lot about olive oil and it was absolutely delicious. Cool experience.
