Begin aan een boeiende tour van 6,5 uur vanuit Reykjavik om de Golden Circle van IJsland te ervaren. Dit avontuur omvat bezoeken aan drie iconische natuurwonderen : het geothermische gebied Geysir, de Gullfoss-waterval en het Þingvellir National Park. Uw reis voert door het geothermische gebied Geysir, waar u om de paar minuten de Strokkur-geiser met kokend water zult zien uitbarsten. Onze pick-up voertuigen zijn goed gemarkeerd met de Reykjavik Excursies. • Elke chauffeur heeft een paar haltes, dus het kan tot 30 minuten duren om iedereen op te halen, dus u hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken als de bus er niet meteen is.

Unnur and Olivia were gracious and informative hosts on this tour. Helpful and full of knowledge. Two suggestions would be to 1) shorten the tour by 30m to sccomodate those who need to get to the airport via the FlyBus at 430p - as it was, we missed that shuttle by about 15-20 min and had to hire a taxi to catch our flight; and 2) the dining options appeared to be better at Godfoss vs the Geyser stop. Granted, it would mean a longer wait for lunch but perhaps the time would be made up by postponing lunch to the last stop. There wasn’t much time to enjoy lunch, let alone grab one as we were asked not to bring food onboard. All in all, a very enjoyable tour to end our vacation in Iceland!

We had Gudjon as our guide, and he was amazing! We booked the tour through a third party, so we weren’t initially informed about how the pickup process worked. After calling the company, we learned that a bus picks you up from your selected location and brings you to the BSI Terminal, where you meet your guide and transfer to the bus for your specific tour. We had been trying to figure out what to do with our luggage for the longest time since we were boarding our cruise that day. We ultimately asked Gudjon if we could bring our luggage on the bus, and he was incredibly accommodating. He was able to store it for us and even dropped us off right at the cruise terminal after the tour, which made everything so easy! Gudjon is a local and was a great guide throughout the entire experience. He was a very safe driver, kept us well informed throughout the journey, and made the day enjoyable and stress-free. The tour was on a smaller bus, which we also really liked. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re embarking on a cruise later that day and want to make the most of your time in Iceland before boarding!
