Als u deze optie selecteert, halen wij u op bij uw hotel in Mexico-Stad (alleen in toeristische gebieden, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid).
Bij aankomst bij de Volare Balloon Port dient u in te checken. Hierna kunt u genieten van een heerlijke kop koffie terwijl u toekijkt hoe de ballonnen worden opgeblazen. Dan stijgen we op en vliegen over Teotihuacan.
De ballonvaart vindt plaats over de Teotihuacan-vallei, waar u verschillende bezienswaardigheden vanuit de lucht kunt zien. De vlucht duurt 30 tot 45 minuten, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Bij de landing brengen we het traditionele toost uit en keren terug naar de Volare Balloonport.
Als de weersomstandigheden het toelaten, is de archeologische site van Teotihuacán zichtbaar tijdens de vlucht.
De magische stad San Juan Teotihuacán is vanaf de vlucht te zien.
Je kunt de magische stad San Martín de las Pirámides vanaf de vlucht zien.
Zodra de vlucht voorbij is, keren we terug naar de ballonhaven van Volare, waar u uw vliegcertificaat krijgt. Daarna geniet u van een Mexicaans ontbijt met Mariachi-muziek. Een echt Mexicaans feest!
Na de vliegervaring kunt u, indien u voor deze optie kiest, de archeologische zone van Teotihuacan bezoeken en deze plek vanaf de grond bewonderen.
Als de ervaring voorbij is, keren we terug naar Mexico-Stad. De reistijd naar uw hotel bedraagt ongeveer 1,5 tot 2 uur, afhankelijk van de verkeersomstandigheden.

De dag voor uw ballonvaart bevestigen we de ophaaltijd en andere details via een sms-bericht. Afhankelijk van onze routes kan de vlucht al om 4:00 uur 's ochtends beginnen. De service is alleen geldig voor hotels in de toeristische gebieden van Mexico-Stad. Staat uw hotel er niet bij? Neem contact met ons op, dan helpen we u graag bij het vinden van het dichtstbijzijnde ophaalpunt. U deelt de vervoersdienst met andere reizigers. Als u de optie zonder vervoer boekt, moet u op eigen gelegenheid naar het Volare Globopuerto in Teotihuacán, in de staat Mexico, reizen. Wij informeren u één dag van tevoren over uw aankomsttijd. Indien u vragen heeft, kunt u telefonisch of per sms contact met ons opnemen.

My hot-air-balloon experience in Mexico was truly magical and one of the most unforgettable moments of my trip. Watching the balloon come to life before sunrise created an incredible sense of excitement and anticipation. As we gently rose into the sky, the panoramic views below were absolutely breathtaking. Floating peacefully above Mexico’s beautiful landscape while the morning sun painted the sky in warm colours felt calm, inspiring, and almost dreamlike. The entire experience was professionally organised, and the team made safety a priority while remaining friendly, reassuring, and attentive throughout the journey. The smooth flight and peaceful atmosphere allowed me to fully enjoy every moment. This was far more than a balloon ride—it was a remarkable experience that offered freedom, serenity, and a completely new perspective from above. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico and looking to create a truly unforgettable memory.
There are no words to describe how wonderful and amazing this experience was. I was scared before going up, but our pilot did a great job and the trip was smooth. The view was stunning and seeing all the balloons in the air was really cool. After the ride we got to celebrate with champagne and had a full Mexican breakfast. It was definitely worth the cost for what we got out of the experience. And it’s nice that we are back home just after lunch to enjoy the rest of our day. I would do this again!

We chose only the balloon ride foregoing the pickup and drop off option and somewhat regretted it :) def recommend the full package so you don’t have to worry about transportation. However, we loved the balloon ride, everyone was so nice while registering, breakfast was decent, and the photographer made sure to include everyone in the photos and take different types of photos of each group. We ubered to and from separately so we would not be tied to their scheduled and worked out for us. We rented 2 little atvs and were able to see other sections around the pyramids that normally we would not be able to see.
