I booked a tour to Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Guadalupe and they did not show up, I will try to process a refund.
It was average experience. Guide could have communicated more in English

Guide was nice and informative, but tour stops in retail stores felt pushy. We just wanted to go to the pyramids and have time for lunch with transportation. We were told we had 3 hours at pyramids, so we booked a lunch at the cave, but guide said we didn't have time and took us to a restaurant (food was good) but wasn't what we wanted.

It was a great tour! It ran on time. The van was new, safe and comfortable. The group was pretty small. The stops were well planned with enough time to walk around on our own but not in excess where it feels a waste. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

The tour was well organized and the tour operator was excellent at communication for all important questions before the tour, such as pick up location. The tour itself was well paced with a few well timed stops. The lunch was excellent (separate charge).

Excellent tour, with small groups and that makes a more personalized attention, our guide spoke to us in Spanish and immediately explained in English

The tour did not stick to the itinerary exactly, we did things out of order and it took longer than expected, but I had a great time and would recommend.

Definitely bring sunscreen and water aa there is no shade at Teotihuacán. The stop before/after Teotihuacán is a bit of a tourist trap. Spent too much time there and the buffet was overpriced for Mexico (300 pesos / $17.65).
