Dit is de enige wandeltocht die het verborgen laurierbos boven Masca verkent — een unieke route die de meeste bezoekers niet kennen. Het combineert een panoramisch uitzicht op de Teide en Masca met een wandeling door een betoverend, mistig bos, alleen toegankelijk met een Gids. Wij bieden hotel pick-up, een picknick in de natuur, en een fotopakket (20–40 foto's in een goede kwaliteit). De route doorkruist verschillende microklimaten, waardoor u een compleet beeld krijgt van de dramatische natuurlijke diversiteit van Tenerife — allemaal in één exclusieve wandeling met kleine groepen.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Gratis ophalen en afzetten van hotels is inbegrepen in de zuidelijke kustzone van Tenerife — specifiek langs de kust tussen Los Gigantes en Los Cristianos. Dit omvat (maar is niet beperkt tot): Los Gigantes, Alcalá, Playa San Juan, Playa Paraíso, Callao Salvaje, La Caleta, Costa Adeje, Adeje, Playa de Las Américas en Los Cristianos. Als u buiten deze zone verblijft, kunt u ons gemakkelijk bereiken met de auto, taxi of openbare bus. Het handigste ontmoetingspunt is in Santiago del Teide, of als alternatief in een van de genoemde kustplaatsen. Stuur ons na boeking uw hotel- of appartementlocatie via WhatsApp, idealiter als Google Maps-link. Als u uw exacte accommodatie niet weet op het moment van boeken, laat het ons dan weten zodra u deze heeft. Wij geven uw exacte ophaaltijd en het dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt direct na ontvangst van uw locatie, en uiterlijk de avond voor de tour. Op de ochtend van de tour kan je chauffeur ook een korte WhatsApp-update sturen met precieze timing of locatieaanpassingen, afhankelijk van het verkeer of de omstandigheden. Zorg dat je 3–5 minuten voor de geplande tijd op het aangewezen ophaalpunt bent, want op sommige locaties is parkeren beperkt of zijn alleen korte stops toegestaan.

An amazing journey around the mountain and through the enchanted forest, we were blessed with perfect weather, a fabulous group and Massimo, who was such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. Collected from my hotel in an air conditioned van, small group tour. A short ride to our parking stop, a couple of hours hiking, a small lunch and a couple of hours return. It’s requires decent footwear and a small amount of stamina or determination, choose your own! Great for seeing nature and exploring trees as opposed to beaches. Highly recommended.
Really good trip, the enchanted forest is a must see and Mass, the host, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Travelling as a small group of 8 also worked well for us. Highly recommended.

The hike was super organized from start to finish! Since it was a small group, we had a really great experience. Massimo, our guide, has a lot of expertise about the island and has given us a lot of information about flora, fauna and also the history of Tenerife along the hike. Great! Also that everyone got a walking stick and snacks during the break was a good service. At some sections of the track, the pace was a bit too fast. My boyfriend and I would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the view. Apart from that, we really enjoyed the day and would book a hike with 10X.TENerife again at any time.
We had an exceptional experience! Not only were the sights breathtaking and our guide -Massimo very knowledgeable and helpful, but the weather could not have been better - clear and sunny throughout with just the right amount of mist in the.forest. The trail was challenging for us (mid-late sixties) but completely doable with Massimo’s guidance.
We had a fantastic day with Mass. His great demeanour and impressive knowledge made the hike one of the highlights of our trip to Tenerife. Our kids (aged 9 and 11) who are “tough” customers really enjoyed bantering with Mass who was a great sport and above all a great guide. The enchanted forest was breathtaking along with the hiking route. Mass took great pictures of the group as well and shared them later that evening. I would recommend this hike without hesitation.
The information exchange has already worked great in advance. They sent us the starting point as we arrived ourselves. The guide was so warm, very experienced and delighted us with his love of nature. As a biologist he had very good background knowledge about plants and fauna. He responded very individually to our small group and could also involve the kids humorously. He knew the perfect photo spots and took enough small breaks. We can highly recommend the trip and would do it again anytime.
A excellent experience through a hidden forest that was fun. A good guide and a good 'team' made this an enjoyable adventure.
Fantastic hike with the most personable and enthusiastic guide - Massimo. We were in mist for almost the whole walk so there were no views to enjoy, but Massimo was so knowledgeable about the local area that it didn’t matter.
