Teide Nationaal Park, Diner, Zonsondergang & Stargazing Coach Tour

Wonderful experience.!!!! From pick up to drop off this was an amazing trip. Journey up to the restaurant was breathtaking as you travelled up through lava fields driving through breathtaking scenery. Restaurant dinner was very good plus the free Cava is a bonus. You travel up in a coach full but the staff still have the ability to make it feel unique for you. Keiron and the rest of the staff are knowledge, patient and very well organised. The photos and Sunset video are FREE so added bonus. The stargazing was fantastic even my teenagers were impressed. The telescope viewings had the WOW factor. It was a very special trip donw by a very professional team. Anyone thinking of doing this MUST book with Night Skies Tenerife. Thank You for the memories

Would have liked to know that it had 2 hour journey each way when booking. Meal was adequate , take ur own water nothing available for last 3 hours. Guides very knowledgeable, paid approx 200 euros for 2 adults . Would have appreciated seats or even bench in sky gazing area. Stood on dirt track in pitch blk for 3 hours with rats running round not ideal. Views were amazing. Done it now though wouldn't go again.

Beautiful scenery on way up to teide such clear sky to see stars and so different looking through telescopes. Warm coats were available to use as gets chilly. Also seen my first ever shooting star!! Amazing. Keiran was very knowledgeable was a great experience and highly recommend going

We thought it was fantastic! The food was fine and the sunset at the volcano we looked beautiful. But the stargazing was definitely the highlight. Spectacularly many stars and very special to be able to see a few up close with the telescope. And a big shoutout to Kieran, our guide. He could tell an awful lot about the starry sky and can answer all your questions. A very special experience! :)

Booked the trip through W2M who said that this was the best tour available. After booking received a message from Kieran with all the information for our pick up and what the trip would involve. The coach was immaculate and we had Craig as our guide, who was very informative giving an insight in to Tenerife and its history alongside information about Tiede. On arrival, we were served a 3 course meal which was nice alongside some complimentary wine and cava. We watched the sunset and then waited for the sky to light up with thousands of stars. Kieran gave a very in depth insight in to the constellations and the night sky. We got four different views of the night sky through the telescopes. Jackets were provided for those who were feeling the cold and a hot chocolate was also served up. An amazing experience for the family and a night sky like I’ve never witnessed before. Exceeded expectations and the guys knowledge was unreal!

We all really enjoyed our experience with Night Skies Tenerife. Our bus tour guide was Craig and he was awesome at sharing key facts about Lady Teide and the surrounding area including the volcanic activity of the island and Canary Islands as a whole. We especially took note of the story regarding the prickly pear cactus! Kieran was the host for the stargazing which we thoroughly enjoyed, his knowledge was excellent and it was amazing to see Scorpio in her full constellation. We partially enjoyed looking through the telescopes at the clusters of stars - including the cluster of Hercules. My mums favourite was the twin star in the Gemini Constellation as you cannot see them with the naked eye. We want to thank the Irish lady who helped us with this (we did not catch her name.) Seeing the moon through the telescope was a highlight and made us want to be Gru (from the minions) to hatch a plan to steal the moon. Food was just typical large party style food, chicken was dry but that is not Night Skies Fault. We would do this tour again but would skip the dinner selection and just get the coach up the mountain.

Amazing crew, guide were awesome giving very detailed information on history associated with place and nature. Star gazing was mind blowing.Astronomy enlightenment and seeing moon with naked eye through telescope was a wow moment for all of us . We didn’t order food in advance due to uncertain about vegetarian options but crew helped and we had dinner with fantastic evening.

It was really a cool tour, the price-performance ratio was right, all the staff were extremely nice, and there were even free jackets available. First, there is an okay dinner, followed by the sunset on the terrace. After nightfall, an astronomer explains the night sky, and you can look through telescopes. Duration: 6-7 hours. Recommended!

If you don't have a car and don't mind spending €85, I can highly recommend the star observation. It is of course very touristy, but all the employees try to explain everything to you, and you get more than enough to drink. (Sparkling wine at the beginning, a whole bottle of wine, sparkling wine at the end, etc.) If you own a car and don't care about alcoholic beverages, I wouldn't pay €170 for two people again. The food was very authentic and not touristy; however, only the soup was really good. The fish had many bones and was overall not good. The dessert was ice cream from a plastic cup. The view through the lenses was great, as were the explanations. But is it worth €170 if you can drive up yourself and bring your own food or go out to eat? I don't think so. I couldn't understand the big hype. Nevertheless, it was nice! Without a car, yes! Anyone who has a car should experience the mountain and the stars themselves and only book the star observation on Teide.
