Deze ervaring combineert drie iconische elementen van de Spaanse cultuur – Sangria, tapas en lokaal ambachtelijk bier, in één hands-on, interactieve klas. In tegenstelling tot typische rondleidingen of proeverijen, leren gasten door te doen : het mengen van sangria, het koken van tapas en het proeven van samengestelde bieren met Expert begeleiding. My husband and I loved learning how to make Sangrias (the right way!) and tapas. The recipes were easy and I think we can recreate them at home.
I’m so glad my husband and I took this Tapas and Sangria class! We learned new techniques and plan to make some of the recipes for our friends!
Words cannot describe how lovely and amazing this class was! Gabriel was great and explained everything so well. The variety of tapas was amazing, and it was very hands-on! It was so much fun for both young and old, and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn about Spanish food traditions for a really good price. Mateo and Alberto were very good. I had a nice time. The class was perfect for my expectations - not terribly challenging but we got to try all the techniques and learned some new skills.
We had delicious white Sangria which we made together. Something I can replicate on my own. The cooking part was fun and we all were able to participate.

It was a spectacular gastronomic apprenticeship! We learned how to make sangria, potato omelettes, shrimp, and tomato bread. It was a master class! The tutors are very good at explaining, we were all able to practice, if you don't understand English they can even do the class in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese... The group was super friendly, fun and attentive, the facilities are super optimal, they have everything you need and more! The facilities are comfortable, and very complete! the tranquility that is in them is unheard of! I am very happy with my culinary classes
