Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Belangrijke informatie voor uw tourreservering 1. Ophalen en afzetten 1.1 U wordt opgehaald en afgezet bij uw hotelaccommodatie (hetzelfde hotel). 1.2 De genoemde prijs is gebaseerd op ophaal- en afleverlocaties in Taipei City/New Taipei City. Voor andere steden kan de prijs variëren. Neem contact op met de klantenservice van TST voor de actuele prijs. 1.3 Als uw tour vanaf de luchthaven start, kunnen er extra kosten voor de ophaalservice van de luchthaven in rekening worden gebracht. 2. Boekingsvereisten 2.1 Voor reserveringen die via TripAdvisor of Viator worden gemaakt, moeten de boekingen minimaal 72 uur voor de geplande tour of luchthavenophaalservice worden voltooid. 3. Reserveringen voor het hoogseizoen 3.1 Tijdens het hoogseizoen raden wij u aan om minimaal 72 uur van tevoren te reserveren, zodat we de beschikbaarheid kunnen garanderen. Voor boekingen die minder dan 72 uur voor aanvang van de tour worden gemaakt, kunnen wij geen garanties meer geven. Om uw gewenste tijdslot veilig te stellen, raden wij u aan om vroeg te boeken. 4. Rijhulp 4.1 Houd er rekening mee dat onze chauffeur slechts over basisvaardigheden in het Engels beschikt en geen erkende reisleider is. Ze bieden u echter wel begeleiding als een soort gids tijdens de gehele service. Voor een soepelere communicatie kan indien nodig een vertaalhulpmiddel of -apparaat worden gebruikt. Uw chauffeur ondersteunt u tijdens de tour, helpt u met het maken van foto's, geeft aanbevelingen voor restaurants en helpt u bij bestemmingen waarvoor geen ticket vereist is. Wij streven ernaar om ervoor te zorgen dat uw ervaring comfortabel, plezierig en onvergetelijk is. 5. Insluitingen en uitsluitingen 5.1 De genoemde prijs omvat de huurauto met chauffeur, brandstof, tolgelden, parkeerkosten en de maaltijden voor de chauffeur. 5.2 Houd er rekening mee dat maaltijden voor de klant en entreegelden voor attracties niet bij de vermelde prijs zijn inbegrepen. This was my first trip to Taiwan and I was lost and worried about it, but it was a great trip with the suggestion of driver Chen Gongyue and the guide. It was a really good memory for me to make an album of photos.
They will pick you up at your desired time and place. You can discuss this before you travel. It was also possible to change the location suddenly depending on the weather on the day. Driver: Just told Chen Gongyue that he wanted to go to Taipei 101 They took us to a place where we could take a photo with the tower in the background! I was happy. The driving is very careful! They took a photo and made a video for us in Jiufen! I'll treasure your photos, videos. Thank you very much. They will explain the meeting place carefully, so you won't get lost. We had a private, comfortable vehicle for our party of 4. Charlie, our friendly driver, picked us up at our hotel, even arriving a little early. We appreciated the bottled water, too. He helped us get our tickets for Yeliu park and our paper lanterns in Shifen. He took a lot of pictures at the different stops. He also offered the use of umbrellas since it was a hot and Sunday day. It was a fun day, filled with the right amount of stops!

We had a great time to take the private day tour with Leo. Leo is very informative, super helpful, and thoughtful. He took many nice pictures for our family. Thank you Hayashimori-san for the other day! I enjoyed the conversation in the car. While I was surprised by the way they immediately researched Japanese conversation and words, I learned a lot from them answering various questions such as the current situation in Taipei and the historical background of Jiufen. They arranged for me to arrive at the best time for the scenic view of Jiufen, and even gave me a photo and a video, which impressed me. We were so busy from morning till night that they picked us up at the hotel and even showed us around there, so we were able to go around relaxing both physically and mentally. I thought it was very easy and convenient to keep in touch with the TST staff and local drivers on Group LINE. We are very happy that all requests have been answered. It was a large group so it became a reasonable private tour. It was my first time in Taipei for city information and night market information, so I thought I should have used LINE to ask more questions. Overall I'm very happy. Thank you very much.
