Ga met ons mee op deze halve dag tour om Szentendre te bezoeken dat ook wel de zuidelijke poort van de Donaubocht wordt genoemd. Verken de mediterrane sfeer in dit charmante stadje met professionele Gids. Klim vervolgens aan boord van een van de geplande openbare boten om op uw gemak terug te varen naar Boedapest. De boot vaart alleen op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag, tussen 1 mei - 27 september. De aankomststeiger waar de onze eindigt bevindt zich in het centrum van Boedapest. Op dinsdag kom je altijd terug naar Boedapest met de bus.

Neem een verfrissende pauze van het bruisende Boedapest naar het charmant ontspannen kunstenaarsstadje Szentendre. Neem een kijkje bij de openluchttentoonstelling van jonge Hongaarse kunstenaars, dwaal vervolgens langs de kronkelende, geplaveide steegjes, snuif de mediterrane sfeer op op een terrasje of koop souvenirs in een piepklein boetiekje. Beklim de kerkheuvel voor een prachtig uitzicht op de kleurrijke daken langs de rivier. Bewonder het levensgrote marsepeinen beeld van Lady Diana in het Marsepein Museum. Bezoek een galerie of museum (optioneel) en vertel je medereizigers welke onontdekte geheimen je hebt weten te onthullen. Terugkeer per boot van mei tot eind september in het weekend. De tour eindigt in het stadscentrum.

Despite the poor weather (which nobody can control) we had a lovely trip with Ingrid from EURama tours. The tour flowed really well and Ingrid gave a good running commentary during the journey from Budapest to Szentandre. Although Szentandre was a little quiet Ingrid gave us a good tour of this interesting little town. The tour group was a total of 4 in a minivan

The area was very touristy , it was disappointing that it was small and not very much history was apparent. The driver and guide were very nice though. They did their best.

Town has nothing interesting to see or explore. Not worth the time. Not recommend it. Tour guide was not engaging.
