De proeverij vindt plaats op een eeuwenoud landgoed met een Grieks fort. U kunt genieten van een aangenaam bezoek, wandelen door de wijngaarden en de weelderige exotische tuin terwijl een wijnexpert u door een selectie van 4 verschillende wijnen leidt die het gebied en de tradities van Sicilië vertegenwoordigen. U leert over de verschillende druivensoorten, de bodem en de wijnmaaktechnieken die worden gebruikt om deze uitzonderlijke wijnen te produceren. Targetta: Druivensoort: glanzende Catarratto. Helder strogeel van kleur, met hints van oranjebloesem, gouden appel en perzik, met lichte minerale hints. De smaak is droog, hartig en fris. Re Federico: hints van rood fruit, bloemen en vanille. De smaak is zacht, evenwichtig en harmonieus, met een goede structuur en aangename omhulling. Damarete Rosato: dicht maar vloeiend, wild maar elegant, consistent maar verfijnd. Baronessa di Canseria: geuren van groene peper met tonen van morellenkers, kinawortel en leer. Minimaal aantal deelnemers: 2 personen

Great tour, beautiful property. Tour guide was informative and the wine was good. We even shipped some wine home!
Small group tasting. Maybe 10-12 people max. Takes place at the winery, which is a beautiful property. We walked all over the property getting the history and philosophy of the winemaker. After the facility tour and a small section of the vineyard, we sat for the tasting experience. Generous portions of food to pair with the wines. Julia was our host. She is a very knowledgeable, welcoming person . You can tell she loves her job and knows her wines. The wines were very tasty. This is a great introduction to Sicilian wines. Highly recommend this experience
Cannot recommend this tour enough. There was plenty of detail and we got to see a lot of the vineyard itself and were given plenty of time to explore as well. The location itself is very interesting and stunningly beautiful, with a lot of history. The tasting was great with a lot of variety as well as flexibility to specific tastes if people wanted. There was also the option to purchase additional glasses of wines of our choosing for a very reasonable price. The food was also very good, and much more substantial than we expected. The only issue we had was that we couldn't stay longer. I'd suggest you assume you will be there for at least 2.5 hours, and it is well worth your time. An added bonus was the dog who was lovely and friendly as well as being great fun!

The tour was informative, and the wine and food were both excellent. We ordered a case of the wine to ship home to Australia, we enjoyed it so much! I fully recommend this experience!
Wonderful winery and hosts. The wine was very nice and Italian charcuterie was beyond amazing! Our host was knowledgeable and gave us a comprehensive tour of the grounds and castle! Of course we bought wine and had an awesome day. Don’t hesitate-book this tour!!
