Het ontdekken van het eiland Ortigia, het historische centrum van Syracuse, wandelen door steegjes die meer dan 2000 jaar oud zijn aan geschiedenis, samengevat in de spectaculaire kathedraal.
Je bezoekt het historische centrum van Noto, "de stenen tuin" genoemd vanwege de architectonische schoonheid van zijn paleizen, het wordt beschouwd als de mooiste stad van de Siciliaanse barok.

Je wordt opgehaald bij je accommodatie in de stad Catania en omgeving. De ophaaltijd is om 9.00 uur, er wordt een paar minuten flexibiliteit gevraagd in geval van een file. Voor een vlotte service raden wij u aan op het afgesproken tijdstip voor uw accommodatie te wachten.

I don’t recommend this tour agency with Lemon tour, the travel agent was a horrible person, does not know destinations.
Sandra was great, very passionate esspecialy about the history of Siracusa ... ... and an excellent driver :)
We booked the day tour to just Siracusa for €55 each via lemontour website and paid with PayPal. Worryingly I had no confirmation of my booking from lemontour despite them receiving immediate payment from me and no response to an email I sent them to their direct email address requesting confirmation. After having paid out €110 in total and growing more concerned our money had been lost, we decided to visit the lemontour office to find out what was going on and were informed by a member of staff that the tour we had booked AND PAID FOR was in fact NOT going to be happening after all!!! No reason was given, no apology, no offer of a refund! Why were we allowed to book and pay for a tour that was unavailable? Why were there NO warnings that safe town tours may not take place?! The weather by the way was 28c and full sun the day we chose. The only suggestion the staff offered was that we took a different tour for the following day for an ADDITIONAL €30 per person! Having no confidence at all about receiving a refund I was never offered, I felt like it was our only option to take the other tour and fork out even more money. The staff member requested we give her the money up front but we managed to give only a deposit instead on condition of having a receipt for it. We left the office feeling very uneasy about the authenticity of the company and whether the guide would actually even turn up for the tour! The tour itself was only mediocre and certainly not worth the €85 each. Our guide was not permitted by their lemontour employers to accompany us into some of the sites (which we begrudgingly had to pay an additional entry fee for) despite us having paid for a GUIDED TOUR which was quite a disappointment. The lunch included in the price was basic; we were required to choose from only the cheaper options on the cafe menu. We were very underwhelmed by the experience and hugely disappointed in lemontour’s total lack of professionalism. Go spend your money elsewhere and save yourselves from this company! I feel we were duped!
It happens a few time that a tour is modified or cancelled for weather or logistic reasons. The tour booked by you had as a destination Siracusa and you took part on a full day tour including also the visit to Noto. We offered you the possibility to join it or having a refund and you decided to take part of the tour by paying the difference. Thank you for your opinion anyway. Lemontour Staff
