I received no lunch as paid for and didn't get my pictures sent to my email, due to not getting that WHATSAPP APP.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’d be happy to look into this for you. Could you please confirm the name on the booking and your booking number so we can check the details of your reservation? Just to clarify, our tour does not include lunch. Lunch is available separately on the island, where guests can purchase it directly. Regarding the pictures, we’d also be happy to check on those and make sure you receive them. Once we have your booking details, we can look into everything for you.
The pigs were great, but the tour was a bit disorganized. We got to the meeting point, but none of the companies there had heard of this company. After messaging them through the Viator app, we finally made contact about 20 minutes after the tour was supposed to start. We were then picked up in a pickup truck and taken to another spot (it felt a little bit like we were going to be trafficked), where we waited another 15 minutes or so for a boat to pick us up. The tour itself was fine - people were nice, snorkeling was fun, and pigs were amazing. They could just use some tightening up on the communication/meeting point.

We do apologize for the confusion regarding the meeting point and the delay in getting you connected with our team. We understand how frustrating that must have been. That said, we would like to clarify one important point regarding your comment that the transportation “felt a little bit like we were going to be trafficked.” We take that statement very seriously, as trafficking is an extremely serious matter and is not an accurate description of what occurred. Our company operates from two locations: our Elizabeth on Bay (Marina) and our Prince George Wharf (Cruise Port) location. Our marina office was closed that day, so we were operating from our Prince George Wharf location. Consequently, the transportation from the meeting point to Prince George Wharf was necessary for the tour to proceed from our operating location. We would also like to point out that our staff members were fully uniformed and operating as representatives of our company throughout the process. There was no attempt to conceal who we were or where we were taking guests. The transportation was simply part of the logistics of operating from our alternate location that day. We certainly understand that the lack of initial communication and the unexpected change in location may have caused confusion or concern. However, we respectfully believe that describing this experience as feeling like you were going to be “trafficked” is an extremely serious characterization that does not reflect what actually occurred. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and meeting-point coordination and will use it to improve the guest experience. At the same time, we respectfully ask that serious terms such as “trafficked” not be used to characterize a legitimate transportation arrangement that was conducted by our uniformed staff as part of our normal tour operations.

Amazing beach tour boat trip in the Bahamas!
