Excellent experience. Our driver was extremely friendly and prompt. We needed to get from the port to the airport and it was so easy. I highly recommend them. We really liked how he stood out from all the black SUV with his American Flag.
Andreas was amazing. Could not have asked for a smoother ride to MIA Airport after a weekend cruise. He stayed in contact, he came and found my family in a crowd. loaded our belongings for us and made sure we were comfortable.

Terrible experience. Could not communicate with person picking us up. Sent several messages through your app and no response. Couldn’t find place to get transport, traffic control people in Miami told us that address didn’t exist. Ended up taking a taxi to airport. I want a refund! Me and my husband are in our 80’s and this was not a good situation.
Polite driver picked is up and quickly got us to our hotel from the crowded port terminal. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I booked this transportation for 9 am disembarking a cruise ship. The day before the trip I was told a driver would be in contact with me with a phone number. I messaged several times and never got a response. At 9 we got off of the boat and still, nothing. At 9:10, I finally got a phone call, but at that point had already ordered an Uber as I didn’t know if anyone was showing up. During that phone call, she proceeded to tell me that my reservation was at 9:40. I texted screenshots that proved that was not the case. I explained my frustration with zero communication and she hung up on me. Amex reversed the charge she then tried to charge after I sent all of the communication screenshots!
Excellent service!!! The driver was on point and super nice. The service was the best I've had so far.
