Onze surfschool bestaat al 20 jaar en is gecertificeerd door de Portugese surffederatie met een kwaliteitskeurmerk. Ervaar voor het eerst surfen op de golven van Matosinhos, het beste strand van Porto voor beginners. Tijdens deze ontspannen en leuke les helpen gecertificeerde instructeurs je stap voor stap om op het board te staan en de sensatie van het surfen op de Atlantische Oceaan te ervaren – allemaal in een veilige en gastvrije omgeving.

The lesson was very beginner friendly and we got advice on how to improve after each wave. I never expected to be able to stand at all on this first lesson but was able to. A very fun experience!

Top-notch team, attentive with excellent instructors. Warm and caring atmosphere that makes you want to do it again; you are guided throughout with pedagogy and patience. My vacation weekend ended beautifully with this activity; a big thank you to the owner and instructor Ricardo, without whom this experience would not have been the same.

Amazing experience! Ricardo was a great instructor, very reasonably priced. I can’t wait to go again. Only negative was the website said that pictures of our experience would be available. However they have not been uploaded yet.

I have been attending this surf school for around two years, and throughout this time, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the high level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the entire team. I have had the opportunity to take several lessons with Jojo and Daniel, among other instructors, and I can confidently say that they are all outstanding professionals. Their technical knowledge, teaching skills, and constant attention to each student’s progress create an environment where learning feels both safe and inspiring. Beyond the technical side of surfing, this school has given me truly unique and memorable experiences — moments that go far beyond a simple surf lesson. It’s a place that fosters respect for the sea, connection with nature, and a real sense of community. I genuinely recommend this surf school to anyone looking not only to learn how to surf, but to do so in an environment that values professionalism, safety, and passion for the ocean. It has been, and continues to be, an experience I deeply appreciate.
