WHISKY DISTILLEERDERIJ OMGEVEN DOOR PRACHTIGE NATUUR Normaal gesproken assisteren we dus gewoon bij het bezoeken en proeven van whisky op de site in deze tour. Factory process tour is niet inbegrepen. Als u een tour met meer dan drie maanden vooruit aanvraagt, kunnen we proberen een ticket voor procestour toe te passen, hiervoor wordt een extra toegangsprijs gevraagd. Tijdens deze tour bezoeken we een van Hakusyu’s beroemdste whiskydistilleerderijen in de prefectuur Yamanashi vanuit Tokio. In het begin ziet u de toewijding van de ambachtslieden om een verscheidenheid aan kenmerkende whisky's te produceren bij de Hakushu Distillery, later kunt u de ongemengde whisky (niet te koop) proeven waaruit Hakushu Single Malt Whisky bestaat. Deze tour laat je echt volop genieten van de whisky. ★★★ Deze tour is inclusief een bezoek aan de distilleerderij, waar u tegen betaling kunt genieten van de whiskyproeverijbar. U kunt genieten van een proeverij van rijpende whisky in de bar, die moeilijk te proeven is op de markt in Japan. Hierna kunnen we naar Japanse sakebrouwerij of Japanse wijnmakerij op de terugweg naar Tokyo. Zo kun je in deze tour helemaal genieten van Japanse natuur en producten. Dit is vrij uniek voor tour privé. Vraag het ons voor het boeken.
We kunnen Japans wijnhuis bezoeken als de tijd het toelaat. Het gebied produceert een van de meest populaire Japense wijn.
We stoppen bij Japanse sakebrouwerij netjes langs. Je kunt het proeven met lokale Japanse gerechten. Het is een vrij unieke ervaring.

We made a reservation for March 2026 based on the tour description, which clearly stated that factory visits were included and even provided a detailed factory itinerary. A few days after completing the payment and receiving confirmation, we were informed that no factory visits were included. We then requested clarification again, copying and pasting the exact itinerary provided in your original description. In response, we were told that the itinerary was customizable and that someone would contact us to coordinate the details. However, on the day of the tour, we were informed that we would not be taken to any factories at all, and we were simply returned to the hotel. We have since requested a refund, but you have stated that no error was made in the information provided and that no refund will be issued. This is unacceptable. The service offered does not match what was advertised, and we made our purchase based on clearly misleading information. This situation constitutes false advertising and a failure to deliver the service as described. We therefore request a full refund.

Upon internal review, Tripadvisor/Viator Support officially confirmed that our tour description was accurate and that no misleading information was provided. While we offered to proceed with the museum and tasting experience as planned, we respect your decision to terminate the tour early. As a 5-star rated host, we strive to meet the high expectations of our guests. We regret that there was a misunderstanding of the inclusions despite our prior notifications. We had an incredible day with Tony. He took us to Shichiken Brewery for a sake tasting and a traditional lunch at a very cute restaurant that was part of Shichiken. After we made our way to Suntory where we did a tasting & walked through the museum. We went on a Saturday in July & the traffic was extremely bad getting into and out of Tokyo (took 3 hours both ways vs. what should've been 1.5-2hrs). Tony mentioned that the traffic is usually better on weekdays so definitely book this tour during the week to avoid spending most of the day in the car. Either way, the drive is beautiful & highly recommend Tony as a guide!

Very good tour. Enjoyed it, long drive but we think it was worth the drive and time to be out of Tokyo.
