Sunset Cancun Mayey Premium Diner met cocktails inbegrepen

Never had an experience ! Arrived at our location and there was no boat ! Complained just to be told our credit card was never charged even though it WAS ! Scam of a company. Sure this review will be deleted anyway but here it is.

I see that our fare has been refunded. Thanks for that. The problem was, we were never able to find the boat, and instead rode around in a taxi for about 4 hours and $110. Here's what happened: I did not find any information about where we were to meet the boat in anything we got from Viator, so I Googled Mayey Catamarans and came up with Playa Tortugas. I found an English language website for Mayey which now appears to have disappeared, but they listed what appeared to be an address in Playa Tortugas, (which turned out to be a postal code), but I assumed the address would be what the taxi driver would need. When we got to Playa Tortugas, nobody there had ever heard of Mayey. We tried calling the operator numerous times and could only leave messages. We tried calling Viator, and the guy kept putting us on hold and in the end was no help at all. So we finally called our travel agent (who had set up the event), and she found a location in Punta Sam which we also confirmed on Google, but it was another half hour up the beach. We decided to hope they were late departing, so drove on up there, arriving almost 5 p.m. Punta Sam is an area, not an address, and nobody at three different piers had ever heard of Mayey nor did they recognize 65mx+98v (the apparent address) as anything. Very disappointing. But we do appreciate the prompt refund. I’d suggest that you consider only offering tours that have hotel pickup.

My husband and I attended an event in the evening, we left the beach turtles, waited very little on the dock and then received the call to board and from the moment we set foot on the boat the experience was fabulous, we were given a delicious and fresh welcome cocktail, the staff was super friendly, the boat beautiful and new , everything super clean and the first quality food prepared at the time by the chef on board, the musical group put us all dancing. I really enjoyed every moment on the boat. If you are looking for luxury and good service, do not hesitate to rent this boat.

I went with my wife and a group of friends and we had a spectacular time. From entrance to exit, everything was perfectly organized: agile boarding, attentive equipment and super punctual times. The catamaran is flawless, comfortable and very stable; the care and safety on board is rating. Live music gave it an amazing Mood throughout the ride and dinner was delicious, well served and with good portions. The hosts were the best: friendly, fun and always watching that we were missing nothing. In short, a round experience to enjoy as a couple and with friends. 100% recommended; we would definitely repeat.

I went to my girlfriend and she loved it. It's very nice and romantic. Ideal for spending time, listening to live saxophone and delicious dinner. We had a great time. Something different to surprise your girlfriend

Wonderful experience!! I went with my partner and I could say it was worth every penny. Wear a swimsuit. 5 amazing hours! I highly recommend going hungry as dinner is delicious.

I had one of my best afternoon Parties aboard Kukul, one of Mayëy's catamarans. The food was cooked on board and was amazing. The event I attended was about Dj music and was incredible
