Nadat je je vroeg in de ochtend hebt opgehaald bij je centrale Luxor-hotel of cruiseschip, reis je met een voertuig met airconditioning naar de lanceerplaats op de westelijke oever van de rivier de Nijl. Geniet bij aankomst van een lichte snack en versnaperingen voor de vlucht en ontmoet uw deskundige piloot en grondpersoneel. Luister vervolgens naar een uitgebreide veiligheidsbriefing en stap met je piloot en verschillende andere passagiers in de stevige mand van de ballon. Voel vervolgens je adrenaline stijgen terwijl de felgekleurde ballon in de nog steeds donkere hemel opkomt voor je vlucht van ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten.

Hot air balloon was cancelled due to weather two days in a row. Got all the way to the balloon pad and they canceled, after letting a bunch fly.
Absolutely unforgettable sunrise ballooning experience From the very first moment, everything was perfectly organized. The pickup was on time, the team was professional and reassuring, and the whole experience felt incredibly safe. Watching the sunrise over Luxor from the sky is simply magical — a once-in-a-lifetime view. The calm, the colors, and the silence make it truly unique. Special mention to our excellent pilot Ramadan, who made the flight even more enjoyable with his professionalism and smooth handling. A flawless experience that I highly recommend without hesitation.

An absolutely fantastic experience! It’s important to know that the company sets the start time. After some back-and-forth, we agreed on a 4:15 AM hotel pickup (originally planned for later). We actually took off shortly after sunrise around 5:30 AM. Although we were among the later launches, it didn't take away from the experience at all—the colors of the morning sky were stunning. The pilot was sensational, clearly very experienced and professional. A big plus was the basket size; we were in a smaller basket with only 20 people, rather than the usual 32, which made it feel much more personal. We reached an altitude of 3,350 ft and enjoyed perfect weather conditions during our 40-minute flight. The landing was incredibly smooth. Don't let the fixed start times stress you out; the experience is breathtaking no matter when you launch. A very reliable company and highly recommended!

A little disappointed to have paid for the first flight and to have left with the second series of flights (so sunrise on the runway) but our flight lasted 1h05 and was still a great experience.
