A very beautiful walk on this magnificent lake, a pleasant visit to the islands. A very lovely afternoon.
Baveno near Stresa is extremely well located for discovering Lake Maggiore. The Borromean Islands are 10 minutes away and the main visits are 30 minutes away by car. The train is possible, the boat and walks on foot.
We booked on line, (internet navigazione servizio publico), two tickets to go from Stresa to Isola Bella. It was precised that departure from Stresa was possible at 9 a.m First desappointment but not the least, when we arrive at the office to get the tickets, we have had to pay an extra cost for the company. This point was not mentionned on the web site. Second, it was impossible to take a boat before 10 a.m unless we saw many groups take boats from 9 a.m These points are not acceptable and you should update your informations on your web site or at least consider your clients much more better than you do.

Il costo extra indicato è relativo alla tassa di sbarco comunale, non della nostra azienda!!!! Comunque era indicato nelle condizioni di vendita................ Musei e giardini aprono alle 10, quindi non è possibile imbarcarsi alle ore 9
You have to pay extreme attention to the islands with which boats you can go back or come to another island if you have booked through a private provider. No marking , no information on departure times and also no real interest available to help Very bad because the islands are beautiful.
