Yoga is evenzeer een fysieke reis als een spirituele. Ik help mijn studenten om hun praktijken te ontwikkelen voor diepe genezing, transformatie en, belangrijker nog, ontspanning. Door opmerkzame sequenties die de nadruk leggen op afstemming en de synchronisatie van adem en beweging, worden studenten van alle niveaus aangemoedigd om zichzelf te vinden en uit te drukken met hun beoefening. Ons doel om anderen te inspireren maakt ons extra bewust van de verschillende niveaus en behoeften van de studenten en moedigt hen aan met kleine aanpassingen. Naast het feit dat ik een ondernemer ben, ben ik een serieuze student van het leven die ernaar streeft mijn denkwijze uit te breiden en gezonde denkgewoonten te implementeren door mindfulness te leren en te streven naar uitmuntendheid.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Practicing yoga on sand proved to be even more fulfilling than I had imagined. Must be the great outdoors which has a direct relationship with how we feel. Thanks to Damian's guidance, I tapped into my inner peace for a blissful hour at my own pace. The class offered varying degrees of difficulty for each pose, and Damian ensured that everyone felt comfortable and confident, regardless of their skill level. It was an incredible experience that left a lasting impression. Thank you for sharing your wisdom in yoga and meditation.

I thoroughly enjoyed my yoga class on the beach. The session was challenging, yet Damien offered multiple levels for each pose. It was the perfect way to stretch away my travel stress, and at the end of the sequence I learned a unique posture to incorporate into my daily home practice.

Damian was fantastic! We chose a perfect spot for our session, and the weather was gorgeous. He provided clear, helpful instructions for pose transitions. Damian added a lovely finishing touch by sharing herbal tea and sharing insights about the beauty of Miami. I'll definitely book with him again on my next trip!
Everything you need, you already have...
The location and view of the ocean and the city is unbeatable. This helped me relax even more. I am a beginner and although there were others at a more advanced level, the instructor guided me through the whole routine which made me feel very comfortable. The tea session at the end allows everyone to interact in a very chill way. Unique experience

Damien did a great job making class clear and accessible for everyone. The pose variations from beginner to advanced allowed me to go deep in postures I'm more comfortable with n take it easy in those that are more challenging for me. Really enjoyed realigning and reconnecting with my body and nature.
