I use this service frequently. The staff is nice and works hard. The location on Waikiki beach is unbeatable. The price is high but that is what all merchants charge for chairs and an umbrella. Many other services are offered by them as well. It really is one stop shopping run by a nice group of locals.

We rented two loungers and an umbrella at the Sheraton Waikiki's Edge Pool and it was a highlight of the trip. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, and we loved everything we ate and drank. It was so nice to have guaranteed seats all day so we could go back and forth between the beach and pool. The Edge Pool itself is one of my favorite parts of the resort and is definitely worth spending a day at. The umbrella and loungers made it even better!

We rented the umbrella and chair set in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. While there is always a long line in the morning to get the set, the process is super easy and you can either charge it to your room or to your credit card. The staff is very attentive and professional. They are also helpful by roaming the chairs and making sure there aren't any squatters while you are away from your chair. Will definitely rent from them again when we go back to Waikiki

We reserved a luxury chaise by the infinity pool at our hotel, Sheraton. It was comfortable and had a gorgeous view. Wonderful day! Pool attendants are friendly and helpful.

My location was at the playground pool. Perfect for families with children. It's a bit noisy but that's the fun. There's drink and food service to make you time great

Beachfront cabana rental for private space was very nice. Great view of Diamond Head. Water, juice and snacks included. Menu for food from hotel was nice for beach food. Service was good. happy that we did this.

We stayed at Royal Hawaiian and rented one of the cabanas at the Sheraton, number 9. As much as the website mentions water aerobics may cause you concern for some cabanas by the pool, there is no mention that the ocean front ones have a walkway in front of you and the cabanas don’t provide proper shade during the hottest part of the day. We rented a cabana to have shade. Needed to go to the bar to have lunch to get out of the sun. We also did the umbrellas on the beach and they cost less! We will go back to them on the next trip. Go buy better cabanas that provide shade. Also get rid of the red and white towels with all the threads. Looks like the dog played with them.

View from cabana 2 at the Sheraton adult poolis 50% obstructed by a pool lift. This should really be disclosed before renting. Recommend cabanas 3 or 4 to avoid obstructed view. Photo is the half that is unobstructed. Otherwise, great service and good privacy.

Reserved chairs/umbrellas in advance which is what you need to do. Nice, friendly service. However, it is not something we would do again. The setup is quite a distance from the shoreline and we really didn’t have a view. Umbrella was small by most standards and barely offered shade for only one chair. $70 + tax, a lot to pay for what we got. This was through the Royal Hawaiian hotel where we stayed.
Aloha Judy, Iʻm sorry to hear you had less than a 5 star experience under the pink umbrellas. We do also offer the tan umbrellas which are directly in front of the shoreline, instead of the pink/ white umbrellas, closer to the hotel. Please book our tan umbrellas in the future to have closer access to the ocean and a better chance at an unhindered view.
