We had a great time touring the distillery on an early Friday afternoon. Michelle was a great tour guide and provided the history, how whiskey is made, bottled, how different flavors are made, and best of all the whiskey tasting! Highly recommend the tour. And the post tour whiskey purchases to take back home!
Literally some of the best Single-Malt Whiskey! I’ve done this tour 5-6 times…. SOOOOO worth the experience and time and money!
We had a free day in Denver and booked a tour of Stranahan's Distillery at the last minute. The tour was great - we were the only people in the group. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Tour was pretty fast as the distillery is not that big. You get a $10 discount off a regular bottle of whiskey in the shop. That was a good deal. The Cocktail Bar was not open when we visited on a week day.

An adequately deeper dive into their whiskey making process, with notes on nose and tasting, relating American single malt to commonly known related whiskey types such as Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, and the like. Access to tastings of higher end available bottles, special limited editions, white dog straight from the still, and special tastes straight from the barrel. A unique and rewarding experience. Recommended.
What a wonderful little tour, wonderful experience, whiskey is top notch! Most important it's localy made and bottled!, which is fantastic. Adriana was such a joy.
This was a great tour. Knowledgeable tour guide, superb spirits and a welcoming bar staff to enjoy after the tour. We will definitely be back to visit just to hang at the bar. The flights are amazing, and bartender Steve knows his whiskey! He picked out a perfect flight for us! We will now be Stranahan regulars!

As a HUGE whiskey enthusiast, I was amazed at the knowledge of not just what Stranahan's does, but of how it fits within the whiskey industry as a whole. The Top Shelf tour is very entertaining and really has you appreciate what Stranahan's has going on.
