Uw Zürich-ervaring begint met een begeleide introductie in het hart van de stad, waar u de levendige oude binnenstad met zijn geplaveide straatjes, middeleeuwse huizen en bezienswaardigheden zoals de Grossmünster en Fraumünster verkent. Onderweg ontdek je ook verborgen hoekjes die veel bezoekers over het hoofd zien. De wandeling gaat verder met een ontspannen wandeling over de wereldberoemde Bahnhofstrasse, een van de elegantste winkelen van Europa. We only had one day in Zurich and this was a great way to make the most of it. We learned about the history of the city while enjoying a generous amount of different types of chocolate treats made in Switzerland. The education on the variety of chocolates was very interesting and helped support our purchases at the end of the trip for what to bring home. The boat ride was nice but we ended up being some of the last to board making it a bit difficult to secure the best seats.

We had a great tour with Teresa. Our three teens were with us and it was just the right amount of walking (1 hour) with several chocolate tastings and a gelato before boarding the ferry to see the top part of the lake. Teresa was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Got to see Zurich from several perspectives.

The tour guide makes or breaks the tour and Teresa was incredible. From a great demeanor to her deep knowledge, she was an excellent guide. We learned about the history of Zürich as will as the chocolate industry in the area.

The tour was overpriced for what we got. The guide was pleasant but her English was 75% understandable. Thank goodness we had just come off another 12 day tour of Switzerland or we would not have understood the history ‘lesson’. Guide walked very fast and did not wait for the group to congregate before she began speaking about the area. There was a triathlon in the city and streets were closed off. Guide should have done research ahead of time on routes to take which could have saved the group extra walking through detours. Felt very rushed from site to site…tour was supposed to last 4 hours and we finished in 3 hours. On a positive note…boat cruise was nice and chocolates were tasty.
This trip was very well organized and led by an extremely confident tour guide. Kateryna had such an excellent personality and kept us very well informed. We totally enjoyed our time with her and the excursion. Guests should be reminded there is a reasonable amount of walking involved
