Deze 2,5 uur durende rondleiding door de middeleeuwse stad Brasov, geleid door een professionele toeristische gids, kan worden georganiseerd in de ochtend, middag of avond. Het trefpunt bevindt zich op het plein van de Raad, vlakbij de raadzaal. Je bezoekt de Black Church, Rope street, Katherina's Gate en St. Nicholas Church. Je ziet ook de twee belangrijke delen van de stad, het Saksische deel en het Roemeense deel. - Neem een Brasov-tour en maak een geweldige wandeling in de middeleeuwse stad; - Brasov-tour die 's avonds en' s nachts kan worden gemaakt; - Het ontmoetingspunt bevindt zich op het plein van de Raad, vlakbij het oude stadhuis; - Bezoek de Black Church, Rope street, Katerina's Gate en First Romanian School;

Tijdens deze 2,5 uur durende rondleiding door Brasov zullen we u de hoogtepunten van de gebouwen en de geschiedenis van de oude stad laten zien. Beginnend meer dan 900 jaar geleden is de geschiedenis van Brasov zeer dicht bij de ridders, de Saksen en de indringers. Een korte inleiding over wat het Raadsplein vroeger, de middeleeuwen, de communistische tijd en de moderne tijd was.
We zullen de Zwarte Kerk binnengaan en ontdekken die het centrale plein domineert en het belangrijkste monument van Brasov is. De Zwarte Kerk is het grootste gotische religieuze bouwwerk uit Oost-Europa. U zult na het bezoek begrijpen waar de naam van de kerk vandaan komt.
We bezoeken een van de smalste straat in Oost-Europa.
Het First Romanian School Museum is gevestigd op het terrein van de St. Nicholas Church, dit was eeuwenlang een van de leidende leercentra van het Roemeense volk. De drukpers die hier in 1556 opende, produceerde enkele van de eerste boeken die in het Roemeens waren geschreven. Het museum biedt onderdak aan een boeiende erfenis: meer dan 4.000 zeldzame boeken (waarvan hier veel met de hand gedrukt of gekopieerd), honderden zeldzame documenten, de oudste Bijbel (gedrukt op geitenhuid) en nog veel meer.
Aan het einde van de tour ontvang je een aantal tips en trucs over de manieren waarop je Brasov 's avonds kunt verkennen. Brasov Tour kan geboekt worden om 10.00, 14.00 of 19.00 uur. De enige tour die 's nachts kan worden gedaan. Anderen kunnen je weigeren voor een late tour, maar we zullen ons best doen om je te helpen. We begrijpen dat je overdag kunt werken en dat je pas na 19.00 uur tijd hebt en misschien ga je de volgende dag naar huis. Verlaat Brasov niet voordat u één van de beste steden in Roemenië heeft leren kennen! Boek een late avondtour en neem 's nachts een Brasov. Elke stad ziet er 's nachts anders uit, zo ook onze stad!

Stefano showed us the best of Brasov, explained its history, buildings, squares, its people, how they live... it was a very interesting visit, but I also have to say that once they made different visits, this one was very expensive, but he very well.
Dan was good in explaining about the history of the city, and right from the beginning he told us that he talks too much, and he said that we can stop him talking at anytime but we didn’t, out of politeness. He has great information, but I don’t think tourists want to know all of that. Most tourists just want to know a bit about the history and more of sightseeing really. It’s worth mentioning that the tour was 1.35 min not 2 hours as stated, so we believe that it was not worth 97Euro for this short time, but we wish Dan all the best. Maybe hop on hop off is better and you see much more of the city with less information which you don’t memorise anyway.
