Self-guided audio tour. Positives Halls were interesting. Press room and pitch were really impressive. Negatives No information provided prior to the tour about the need to download the tour app to access the audio tour. Staff seemed confused about the app and how to access audio. Figured it out using google. Interactive features like getting a picture taken were not in service. Staff seemed uninterested and it felt like they couldn’t wait for us to leave. Still, an interesting tour. Exciting to go on the pitch. Good value for the money.

We did the stadium tour while visiting the club shop and it was well worth doing for an hour or so. The tour is self guided and you walk around yourself with acces to the museum displaying their trophies and history along with access to the tunnels, changing room and pitchside dugouts. Family of four cost €40 for admission and it was a nice experience overall and not crowded so easy to wander around and enjoy. Nice option for something a little bit different when visiting Seville.

An outstanding tour for the price the history of the club shown with old kits on show and some magnificent trophies. The access to the changing rooms and press room also included a brilliant stadium what felt like a proper stadium not like the new fake ones that are built.

If you have little ones, you have to go. There is a free but signposted tour of the building and stadium. Please note: if you book online directly, check it out. The Ticket Buying Website is an External Enterprise and it may be the case that you buy it and that day they have training, they do not notify.

Located in the city centre and easy to find. The doors opened at the exact time of the start of the tour. Slightly confusing when we got to the first floor as not obvious which way to go first. We discovered hall one is first and then continue onwards. The stadium was great to see and the trophies are very impressive. The public area is very tired but it was good to cross off this stadium, as we are gradually visiting as many as we can! We can only imagine the atmosphere on match day and are glad to have visited. Total tour time for us was 40 minutes.

A self-guided tour. Beautifully everything displayed. It relatively a small stadium. But definitely worth it.

Avoid using this company - they will happily take your money without providing you with what you have paid for! I paid for this stadium tour, only to be told when I arrived that it had been cancelled. The football club were not facilitating it as they had a tournament pre-arranged - a third party provider had sold me the tour at a time when they shouldn’t have. The staff at the club were very accommodating and tried their best to show me some behind the scenes places, but this lasted for 15 minutes at the most, and was limited due to the other events that were happening. When I later contacted the organiser to query what had gone wrong, they told me in no uncertain terms that I would not be getting a refund. I have contacted them twice again, to try to give them an opportunity to put this right, but to no avail. Avoid at all costs.

Dont waste your money. Went here yesterday. There is no audio tour you literally get in and see some trophies and some pictures. The pitch had an event on so we didn’t really see much or experience this. Didn’t see changing rooms and the service at the door I have to say was poor. A complete waste of money I’m afraid l.

Tour tickets can be purchased directly at the stadium entrance indicated with tour. I'm there about every half hour. Nearby a large shopping center. You can choose tours with or without virtual experience. You do the classic tour in the trophy room, stands, changing rooms and finally take the field.
