Geniet van een uitzicht op de prachtige stad Castries, de hoofdstad van St. Lucia. Perfect voor een foto. Pas door de officiële residentie van de Gouverneur Ganeral. Een korte stop bij Prevost Redoubt genoemd naar generaal Prevost, die van 1798-1802 de luitenant-gouverneur van het eiland was. Dit gebied diende als uitkijkpunt en geniet naast het zien van de historische ruïnes van het uitzicht op de hele Castries Harbor, het Vigie-schiereiland, de Rat- en Pigeon-eilanden.
Rijd door een prachtige weelderige vallei van bananen en de thuisbasis van de Rum-fabriek.
Ongetwijfeld de mooiste baai in het Caribisch gebied. Dit historische monument is het toneel voor het filmen van de Doctor Dolittle-boeken van Hugh Lofting. Scènes van het scheepswrak, de Grote Roze Zeeslak en de constructie van het harnas voor de Giant Lunar Moth werden ook in de baai gefilmd.
Loop door het charmante vissersdorpje Anse La Raye. Ontmoet de lokale bevolking en krijg de kans om lokale kunst en ambacht te kopen.
Het pittoreske dorpje Canarische eilanden biedt de kans op geweldige foto's.
Bij het binnenkomen van de stad Soufrière stop je bij het uitkijkpunt voor een prachtige glimp van de Pitons en zwavelbronnen. Je wordt verstrikt in het landschap.
Bereid je voor op wat plezier en avontuur. We betreden de enige rit van de wereld door de vulkaan ... geniet van een modderbad in onze natuurlijke kuuroorden en leer over de vulkanische oorsprong van st.Lucia in het interpretatieve centrum. Zie moeder natuur aan het werk terwijl je een glimp opvangt van de activiteit ver onder het aardoppervlak. Je huid en spieren zullen hiervan van je houden.
Duik nu in een verfrissend bad onder de waterval voor een verkwikkende rug- en schoudermassage.
Geniet van een duik op het strand van Soufrière in de warme Caribische Zee net onder de pitons. Lunch wordt geserveerd
Rij door het mooie dorp Choiseul dat bekend staat om zijn ambacht en gastvrijheid. Nu kunt u Gros Piton van dichtbij bekijken.
Het schilderachtige stadje Laborie is rustig en ontspannend
Het zuidelijkste deel van het eiland biedt een piek op het naburige eiland St. Vincent en de Grenadines als je geluk hebt. Van daaruit krijgen we uitzicht op zowel de Atlantische Oceaan als de Caribische Zee

Jim took us all around the island. Very interesting. We learned a lot. He was terrific. Highly recommended.
It was the best excursion of the whole cruise. Competent and funny Willi showed us the most beautiful corners of the island. My highlight was visiting the Balenbouche plantation in such a magical place we have never been. And the hospitable owner was fantastic. Thank you again and we will come back next year.
Best way to see all of the island. Lunch is a full typical meal. Jimmy our guide was wonderful and gave a lot of information. Had a little clitch at the start of the tour but the problem was solved quickly and efficiently.
Can’t recommend enough - you will not get a better value trip on the island. Jim picked us up in the morning on time and fortunately we were the only 2 booked that day. He was the best tour guide such an informative and pleasant character to spend the day with. This is one of our most fondest memories of St Lucia. You will experience all of the expected island highlights with the addition of a few added local gems. Jim took us to Castries, Anse La Raye, Marigot Bay, Gros Pitons, Toraille Waterfalls, Gros Fort, Soufriere Bay, Sulphur Springs, Dennery. If there’s anything specific you haven’t seen let Jim know he will do his best to incorporate it (and answer endless questions from us city dwellers!) I’d never seen a banana plantation and he made time to stop to explore that and he is very knowledgeable on the local vegetation and landscape. Food was amazing. Thank you for showing us your beautiful island - really was the highlight of our trip!

Jim, our driver and tour guide, was simply fantastic, and so was the whole tour. On this island tour, he not only told us interesting facts about St. Lucia but also introduced us to a variety of local foods and drinks. He offered us numerous opportunities to stop at special locations, whether for a rum tasting or to learn about the making of chocolate and cassava cakes, etc. We were also able to take a closer look at the towns and villages along our route, starting in Castries and passing through Canares, Anse la Raye, Soufrière, Vieux Fort, and other places on the way back along the east coast of St. Lucia. Before stopping at a lovely restaurant in Soufrière for a delicious lunch, we visited St. Lucia's Sulphur Springs and Toraille Waterfall. Since I had already made these two stops the day before, Jim arranged a visit to the Botanical Gardens and Diamond Falls for me instead. Wherever we went and whatever we did, the group had the freedom to set the pace. We had all the flexibility we wanted, and that was simply fantastic. Jim is a highly professional guide, and you could always tell that he loves his job and wants to share as much of the beautiful island of St. Lucia with you as possible.
