St. Lucia Private Bamboo Rafting-ervaring

It was such a relaxing time and our guide Gerald was so great in pointing out things to us! Would definitely recommend. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the bar was closed and we wanted to experience that as well. Besides that everything else was great!

Nice experience. The river rafting was very peaceful and beautiful. The only thing I’d say is if you do not drink beer which is included, expect to pay for the cocktails at the bar once you stop at the small beach. No complaints though because he was a very nice guy and the rum punch was good

We did the bamboo rafting experience in St. Lucia with very low expectations because it's not one of the island's most talked-about activities. But it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Floating down the river on a bamboo raft, surrounded by lush rainforest, mountains, the sea, and mangroves, felt like stepping into paradise. We even passed through the mangroves where scenes from the Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed, which made the experience even more special. One of the best parts was stopping at a secluded beach where we were the only two people there. It felt like having our own private beach, with crystal-clear Caribbean turquoise water stretching as far as we could see. A special thanks to our guide, Gilbert, who made the experience even more memorable with his friendliness and knowledge of the area. If you're visiting St. Lucia and looking for something unique, relaxing, and away from the crowds, don't miss this bamboo rafting experience. It's an absolute must-do!

A huge shout out to Ahmed! I had amazing time learning about the history of St. Lucia and all the details as I rode on the bamboo raft. Ahmed thoroughly explained different types of fruits, and any question that I inquired about. He is so knowledgeable and personable and was just a delight to have him. Ahmed was amazing. Taught us a lot about the island as well as locals houses that we passed along the way! He even caught a crab!

My wife and I visited during our honeymoon and absolutely loved the bamboo rafting experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organised. A special mention goes to our captain, Dr Love, who was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, shared lots of interesting information throughout the tour, and kept us entertained with his great sense of humour and riddles. He was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The entire excursion was seamless. Our driver was excellent and even stopped at a beautiful viewpoint overlooking Castries so we could take some stunning photos along the way. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic, and authentic St Lucian experience, I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. A real highlight of our honeymoon.

It's a relaxing smooth ride down the Roseau River, very enjoyable. Stop at a small souvenir shop over on the side of the shore. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately for us it was raining heavily for our whole ride down the river. It stopped when we were at the beach and we were treated to a rainbow. It is a very short ride for the cost. You can be waiting for the motor boat for a long time to be towed back to the beginning.

We had so much fun! Captain D was great. The river was so calm and serene and it was another aspect of St. Lucian beauty we got to see.
