Maya was a fantastic guide! Very personable. We went to places that we never would have found by ourselves. The food was fantastic and Maya provided information about a lot of interesting places through the neighborhood and gave us recommendations for things in other parts of the city. Looking forward to doing another tour with Maya if we come back to Toronto.
This is a great way to explore a neighborhood of Toronto, to understand its history, meet interesting people, and taste some great food. Maya is an excellent guide and was able to adapt the tour to our group. The food stops are indicative of the neighborhood and we got to talk to the owners and find out their histories in Toronto. This is definitely a tour you'll want to take to see a cool part of Toronto. Who knows, maybe you'll even get to talk to the Deputy Mayor!

Amazing tour with TJ of the St. Clair West neighbourhood. Even though I have lived in Toronto for ten years, it was nice to be introduced to little hole-in-the-wall gems that I had never known were there! TJ told us some great backstory about the areas we walked through. Tour ended at Casa Loma which is always a lovely view! If you're a foodie or even just someone who likes neighbourhood walking tours, definitely check it out.

This was a great walking tour that included an overview and history of the progression of housing in the area and some nice local food tastings. Maya, our tour guide, lives in the local area and knew a lot of history as well as the best places to eat. We had Mexican (tacos), Jamaican, coffee and cupcakes, and ice cream sundaes--all delicious. We ended with an outside view of Casa Loma and the surrounding area. It was a great 3-hour tour.

Maya was a wonderful host on this tour! She is knowledgeable, kind, interesting and engaging as well as a great photographer. We walked around a few beautiful neighborhoods that are away from touristy Toronto and offer real world experiences and amazing local culture. All of the restaurant and eateries she selected were on point. I walked away full and extremely impressed.

I have been on many food toirs in many countries. This tour ranks ong the best. The tour guide was exceptional. The tour itself felt like walking through the city with a friend you haven't seen in a while. The food destinations were perfectly curated; there was not a single thing I ate that was not fantastic. Next time I am in Toronto I will look into doing this tour again.
